The builder included underground tubing for your cable to connect to each house. My house was connected in a few days but took 2 trips by different installers. My neighbor took 2 months because the installer said he would have to hire an electrician to run cable through tube. This was not true since the neighbor used a ball of string, piece of plastic and a vacuum to suck string through. Then your installer pulled the cable through. But to get to the problem. The connector at the top of the pole only allows two connections. The installer \said he would put a work order in to get this replaced. To connect he cut my connection at the base and put a splitter in temporarily. It was to be fixed when the connector up top would be replaced with a larger connector. That was over a month ago. Nothing has happened. I called their office and the male just wanted to go through a routine to check my modem. He would not listen to my need. I have experienced some slow down. I want to plant grass but can't because of the mess left in my yard. Splitters degrade the connection. I am sharing a service with the neighbor but both are paying full price. Please setup someone to come fix this! I can't keep calling and reaching someone that won't listen or isn't capable of understanding the problem. Seems like they are just not autonomous but programmed robots.

They took a very difficult installation and made it look easy. The technicians showed up on time, at a set time and not a 5 hour window which by the way was missed by Directv when I tried to have them do the job. Tried 2 different Verizon wireless internet modems. Never could get any kind of connection speed,…read moreonly about 3 mbps versus 50 mbps advertised. Cancelled account and returned both modems/equipment. Since then, Verizon keep emailing me saying I have been charged $200 per modem for unreturned equipment. I returned the equipment in the return boxes they sent me immediately upon receipt. I received separate emails from Verizon for each modem saying Verizon had received returned equipment and account was closed and clear. I have provide this proof to Verizon but they continue to send me emails weekly saying I've been charged $200 a piece for the 2 modems. I have told them charging any previous payment method they may have on account for this or submitting any negative report on my credit would result in litigation and possible charges for credit card and wire fraud. They need to send me proof of account closure and no balance due.

When techs did come 4 of them failed to input the information needed to get a lineman out to actually fix the problem. To get this figured out I had to have a technician give me the phone number for their dispatch and speak to their supervisor. In a year we have had 4 outages all lasting several days. When we've requested to a supervisor call us back they never do. If we had any other option we would switch.
