Everything from the brick walls to the decor and seats all say "sports" without being too intimidating, even for non-sports fans like myself. I just love the clean and polished look and feel of the place. I've tried several of their barbers and most of them are consistently good. You can really tell they're experienced with men's haircut, and they're all very courteous. I especially enjoy the complimentary back, face, and head massage they give after every haircut. They have recently increased their haircut rate from P250 to P280. So instead of giving a P50 tip to my barber, I just give P20 so I don't go over-budget my allotted P300 for a haircut. Their team is composed of two men and a woman and all of them are very patient in doing haircuts for kids who were crying furiously and jerking incessantly. They do it swiftly so as not to prolong the agony of the little ones but they also produce good results, that is, no blunt-looking haircuts for the kiddies. Their shop at ATC is a bit small and it gets crowded on weekends when families tend to schedule kiddie haircuts all at the same time. It is well lit and has bright walls with animal stickers on it. A TV is mounted on the wall and they would either put on Barney or the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse to entertain their little customers. They also have two cars that serve as seats for tots while having a haircut and an elevated barber's chair for big kids. During our session, I would always sit on that chair while my son sits on my lap. B-Bums also gives lollipops to the young ones to pacify them as they work on their hair. They also have a few toys that kids can play with to divert their attention from the haircut. With the admirable skills and patience of the stylists and with all the amenities at the shop, I wouldn't mind paying Php250 for my toddler's haircut. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my child is in good hands and that visits to the hair salon are less of an agony to my little one.
