The guys here are skilled enough to know how to do what you want, although men seeking the latest styling trends may be better off at a salon instead. The air-conditioning is strong, the razors and scissors are clean and sharp, and the gratis mini-massage after each session is good enough to leave you wanting more. More is indeed available, with a full massage lasting an hour and good enough to leave you eager for a nap afterwards. Most times, you won't even have to wait to get your hair cut, although on the rare occasion that there is a line, it typically doesn't take too long given the usual session length. They do it swiftly so as not to prolong the agony of the little ones but they also produce good results, that is, no blunt-looking haircuts for the kiddies. Their shop at ATC is a bit small and it gets crowded on weekends when families tend to schedule kiddie haircuts all at the same time. It is well lit and has bright walls with animal stickers on it. A TV is mounted on the wall and they would either put on Barney or the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse to entertain their little customers. They also have two cars that serve as seats for tots while having a haircut and an elevated barber's chair for big kids. During our session, I would always sit on that chair while my son sits on my lap. B-Bums also gives lollipops to the young ones to pacify them as they work on their hair. They also have a few toys that kids can play with to divert their attention from the haircut. With the admirable skills and patience of the stylists and with all the amenities at the shop, I wouldn't mind paying Php250 for my toddler's haircut. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my child is in good hands and that visits to the hair salon are less of an agony to my little one.
