My family and I visited this Subway on our way to Charlotte, and it was the worst Subway experience I've had. Upon arrival, they were just getting busy. The lady who initiated our order may have been the manager or shift lead, I'm not sure. Our sandwiches initially looked impressive, but after they were handed over and the veggies were applied by an older woman with a low-cut top, I had to repeatedly clarify my requests, and items were still added to the sub that I did not ask for. By that time, I was ready to leave. I had to remove items from my sandwich. Furthermore, she provided minimal amounts of veggies and mayo despite my request for extra. The subs were very dry and lacked flavor due to the insufficient veggies, and to make matters worse, one of the subs was not cut. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it. Four banana peppers on a foot-long sub is inadequate. read more

I ordered 2 12inch subs online and when to pick them up and I waited about 10mins after the time it was supposed to be ready and then they said it was supposed to be one 6inch and 1 12inch but instead of remaking the whole sub they just made a 6inch to complete the other one but made it wrong and was rude about the whole situation and made it seem it was our fault for them messing up the subs, just seems like they don't really care. read more

I ordered a sub online today (7/29) to take advantage of a coupon and WOW, it was THE WORST Subway sub I have ever gotten!! The sub had very little meat, plenty of cheese I guess to hide the lack of meat, and a tiny "suggestion" of lettuce even though I had requested "more" lettuce online. I wish I could have taken back the tip I gave the sandwich "artist". More like sandwich "criminal"! GOOD-BYE to this location and online ordering where you can't see the crap sub rip off being made! Worst Subway around. Ordered two subs on the app. Picked them up and drove home only to find they had put the toppings for sub one on sub two and the toppings for sub two on sub one. Called and complained and got hung up on only to be called back. They asked for my name I thought to try to make it right but no they just wanted my name. Eat fresh? Went to Subway in York today (not the one at Walmart) and luckily I had already gone through and ordered. I stood there wondering why there were two people in the store and only one working, then I noticed the other girl was just getting there. She was doing stuff behind the wall where you can't see, then come into plain view and took her jacket off, and after a minute of fixing her hair, went straight to making the lady's sandwich who was behind me in line. I've asked how to get in contact with the owner in the past, and the manager there told me the owner wouldn't care and told me he probably wouldn't return my call. For the first time in over a year I actually had pleasant service at the subway today on January 11 of 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon. The reason I'm being so precise about the date and time is because their Night Shift is always awful it's just a bunch of teenagers who sit on their butt and don't do their job and are very rude. Last visit to this Subway was horrible, the place smells like rotting food. Even after being remodeled, you can see mold growing on some of the food here literally. What's worst of all is the 'employees', if you could call them that. The staff are a bunch of immature bratty girls with bad attitudes. It's clear they do not want or care about their jobs. When entering they all were seated at a table eating, vaping, on their phones and completely ignoring the line of customers. One person was on the make line and looked very confused and slow. In all the wait was 20 minutes with 6 employees. When the other 'employees' finally got up they started laughing almost hysterically. All taking turns going to the back to laugh loudly. None helped the one person making the sandwich's. It became extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant, and when all was done, I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. To top it off the sandwiches were made wrong. I will never come here again and advise you not to either. read more

This store needs to be shut down. I ordered 4 sandwiches online got to the store they only had 2 made and said they did not have a receipt for the other two then pulled it out of the trash. Got home and had the first two subs made twice went back (trip 2) the employees were very rude to my daughter but eventually made the one sandwich again but "found the other one" in the cooler. Got home the sandwich that was in the "cooler" a tuna sub for at this point almost an hours was mushy and disgusting so at this point I go to the store instead of sending my daughter and asked the young man to remake the sandwich and at that time the young lady started cussing and running her mouth and walked out in the middle of making another customer order to call her dad to come deal with me (not and employee) at this point her and her friend that is also not an employee are cussing and carrying on in front of multiple people. I haven't been into this Subway in awhile because I have been going to the one in Walmart . I have always liked this one and have always had great customer service until the other day. They have young kids working there who act like they really don't want to be there. The young boy who was working there had on inappropriate outfit (hat and sunglasses) for work. They had their friends hanging over the cash register and after my food was fixed and ready to be rang up the girl working the register walked away and it took someone 5 more minutes to come over so I could pay for my food. I will not be back until they hire new people!! read more
