Some do not take coupons, the sandwiches are nothing but lettuce, very little meat, very expensive!

Food is good but sometimes they are out of meats and breads. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

They were out of multiple things and the food didn't taste right. Not the typical subway experience

El Jalisco is a great place for Mexican if you are in Williamstown, Kentucky and craving Mexican…read morefood. The service was friendly and the ambiance was pleasant enough. I went with a burrito and was pretty impressed. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend here.

We chose El Jalisco because it was close to our hotel and my mom was craving Mexican food…read more I'll start by saying that I live in California and eat Mexican food pretty regularly, so I may have higher expectations than some. The restaurant itself is bright and colorful, with vibrant tables, chairs, and decorations throughout. It definitely has a fun atmosphere. I ordered the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas, and my mom ordered what she thought was a simple cheese enchilada with a side of rice and beans. Somehow there was a communication mix-up because she ended up with three large plates: one piled with rice, one piled with beans, and a third with the enchilada. It gave us a good laugh. My fajitas looked great when they arrived, but unfortunately they were missing the one thing I was hoping for: flavor. The chicken and vegetables were cooked properly, but there didn't seem to be much seasoning at all. Not even enough salt to bring everything together. The corn tortillas were also torn apart when they arrived, so they weren't very usable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but the food simply didn't live up to expectations. The service was fine and the atmosphere was fun, but the meal itself fell flat for me. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but based on this visit, I wouldn't choose to return.

Asked to speak with manager several times but manager did not come to our table. Husband does not…read moreeat ham. Turkey and ham meal offered for Easter. Would not sub ham for more turkey instead. "No button on computer for that" Food came out fast and server was good.

I usually really enjoy a Cracker Barrel meal. Oh it's probably true that my memories of these…read moremeals have changed to make them appear much better than they ever were... there are no Cracker Barrels where I live in Los Angeles so going to one has become something of a treat. Not this time. We came around 11ish so we could get breakfast or lunch. We were undecided as to which meal we wanted so Mom and I got both menus. They're in the middle of a big push for their hash brown casserole and that is A-OK with me. This Cracker Barrel also has a Mimosas! And like a whole wine list! I've never seen that before. But being with Mom and all that... I stuck to unsweetened tea. We placed our orders. And waited. 25 minutes at a Cracker Barrel is not what you expect. We did finally get our food and it was just... ok. The hash brown casserole breakfast was ok but after a while, it's just too much. My mom's bacon and eggs weren't very good at all. The eggs had a strange texture and the bacon wasn't really edible. Even the coffee wasn't great. Cracker Barrel isn't generally delicious... but at least it's reliable. This location was a bit of a letdown.
