I can't ever tip unless I remember to bring cash. I asked employees and they don't know why they aren't being fixed and said thier managers try but it's not being done. This Sonic is always busy all day long. There is no way they can't afford to fix the screens! Not only do they get no tip due to a broken screen but they have to work harder by running back into the restaurant to run the card! I absolutely would not work for a company so careless and I have no doubt they have lost many great employees for this very reason. This has been going on for YEARS and I finally got frustrated enough to say something. It is also embarrasing as a customer to not be able to tip.
