He even went so far to say it was my fault, and that I shouldn't be upset about it. The manager even told him to be quiet. At this point, the cook received a verbal reprimand from. I told the manager I wanted my money back as I could no longer trust that any food the cook made would be safe to eat. Why the cook felt it was his business to interrupt the initial conversation demonstrates his immaturity, along with blaming for his error.

She shouldn't have been working in my opinion but I know sometimes people just have to work. I would have not had her up front and customer facing. Going with 3 stars for this visit and review, but constantly 4 stars with what you would expect from BK and fast food. Employees are always super nice and friendly every time I stop her.
