Perfectly crispy on the outside, a hint of garlic, perfect fluff on the inside and topped with fresh parmesan. Yum! The pizza is very good too. My daughter said we are definitely coming back here for her birthday. We shall return!!!!

We ordered a pizza and their famous breadsticks (literally our favorite in town for years!) and we didn't enjoy the pizza. It just wasn't our favorite texture/flavor... and the breadsticks were overcooked, hard & crunchy. They also forgot the nacho cheese sauce. A few weeks later we gave them another shot- subs and breadsticks. They gave us a half order of sticks instead of the full order we had paid for- and forgot the cheese sauce again. They had us wait for a fresh 5 breadsticks to be made. Thankfully the second batch was soft because the first batch, which my husband specifically asked to not be overdone... were in fact, overdone. My sub had hardly any toppings on it at all. I kid you not, it seemed like I was literally just eating bread. My husband thought his sub was pretty good, a cubano, although the bread was overdone. The pick-up window where cars pull up is way too high. Like awkwardly so.

This was formerly Mike's Pizza & Subs…read more We had gotten a large pepperoni & onion pizza and cheese bread. The pizza seemed underdone? I couldn't quite put my finger on it. But the toppings slid right off the pizza... literally onto the floor. The bread was pretty good! Loved all the cheese but it seemed almost a bit salty? Like, garlic salty? I think it needed a bit of seasoning on top... something green, basil... parsley? Knowing that the business had opened fairly recently, we knew to give them some grace. However, when we contacted the owner... They just said they were getting used to a new oven- no offer to give us a discount, a refund or anything else. Several weeks later, we decided to skip the pizza but try their nachos. We are always on the look out for a good plate of nachos. These were quite possibly the worst nachos we've ever paid for. The toppings were only on the top layer of extremely salty chips. I actually added a few toppings that I had on hand to try and spruce them up. They were so bland, no love was put into these! They get so many rave reviews on facebook, so we were hopeful, but we've been super disappointed.

This is the last Hot n Now left in existence, BUT I've heard thru the grapevine that they're actually making a comeback and opening more locations! My mom lives here back in Sturgis again... When we would come visit my aunts and uncles, we would stop here, some 30+ years ago, and it's just as I remember it. Being from Reno Nevada, when I come visit my mom, I try NOT to eat here, because I try to stay away from carbs, but I had to give in after an internal 3 day battle. I always forget what I ordered from the last visit, because it's usually years apart. This time (and probably last) I ordered the "Big Hot" with fries. It was perfect and sloppy, just how I like it. The fries were good, and I ordered fried pickles. They were a little greasy but super good. The menu is also very fairly priced. For the trash I would get at 5 guys for just me, I was able to buy 2 combo meals The lady who took my order and money was super sweet. I don't remember what iit looks like inside, and come to think of it, I don't know if I've ever even been! I hope they DO open more!
