Worst Subway ever! We've definitely learned absolutely do NOT place your order online or through the app ahead of time and expect to pick up a properly prepared Subway sandwich. Also be prepared if you go into the restaurant in the evenings to have to witness the staff yelling and arguing with each other instead of helping customers. Oh and the lady that opens this location in the morning has the personality of an an angry beaver. We've gone to the store drive thru multiple mornings to order sandwiches and she is just annoyed and short not only at the speaker while ordering but also at the window. Its been a while since I've come into Subway. One of the worst customer service experiences. No one looked up to say hello or we'll be with you shortly. The worker with the wild looking makeup just continued to wipe out the bread case until she finished. If I was to go back in I would refuse help from her and request someone else. I went through the drive through and ordered my sandwich. I asked for lettuce cucumbers and olives the girl over the com said my order back to make sure and still put tomato's instead of olives. Won't visit ever again! I ordered curbside online. I arrived early so I went in to see if they could go ahead and make my order. They stated that my order was not there so I left. I went out to my car and proceeded to check my bank account and seeing that they had charged my bank account I went through the drive-thru and asked that they check again. They stated that they finally had my order but that I would need to go and park and wait for it to be ready because there were others behind me in the Drive-Thru. Most other Subways I've been to have been pretty acceptable experiences. But this particular one just doesn't cut it for me. 9 outta 10 times I've been in there, the staff seem as tho they do not want to be there and loathe everything about their job, including the customers. I actually had someone come out late one evening and say they had all been in the back, drawing straws as to who would come out and help me. So apparently anyone over a team member isn't on site except for Monday and Tuesday. This is what we were told when my wife received massive disrespect and asked for a manager. When I called , noticing our orders were entirely wrong at the house, I was told they not only are not on site, but there's no number they can give for the owner, manager, etc because they " get pissed" when it's given out. In all fairness as a manager elsewhere, ID be pissed too..which is why we have a manager on site at all times, but I'd be more pissed about why a customer needed to call me, certainly not at the customer. Not really sure how you monitor for food quality, illness, security issues, cashing out and making deposits. Etc without a manager on site, nor how you would deal with customer complaints or contamination possibility situations without a manager or higher on site... So my suggestion is to not go here. Your order will most likely be messed up, theirs no one to keep employees honest and on track, no recourse except leaving your number for a call back if there is problems, that's just dangerous and a food born illness outbreak waiting to happen. read more

I went in to this subway to sit down with my significant other. We ordered our food and everything was going smoothly. Until we sat down to eat. No the table wasn't dirty or anything like that. What made this visit terrible and upset me personally was listening to another customer trying to pay for his food. He simply asked if they took 100 dollar bills. That's when a young women working by the name the of shawna Snapped at the customer saying that they didn't take 100 dollar bills nor keep them in the register. Going on to say "we haven't taken 100 dollar bills in like FOREVER" with nothing but attitude in her voice. Going on to say there used to be a sign saying that they didn't accept 100s or 50s. This customer shrugged off her attitude and continued to pay. She then proceeded to talk about this customer while he was still trying to pay. Talking to her coworker about declining his 100 and how he was in the wrong. The customer proceeded to storm out. I assume trying to just get out of the building and just get the exchange over with. After he left I was more livid than the customer. I proceeded to walk up to Shawna and asked her for her name. Even then she continued to have an attitude with me just telling me her name. last week after working a late shift my husband asked me to stop by there and pick him up a sub. It was about half past ten. My husband wanted a meatball sub, but when I ordered they informed me they were out of meatballs. This not the first time I've had this problem. Almost every time I go there after ten pm they are out of them. I've asked if they could make some and they refuse, saying they don't have to have them once they run out... I also overheard the employees over the intercom in the drive thru joking and talking when they asked me to wait to take my order. It has really gone down hill over the past few years. read more

I can say that most of our visits have adequate, nice enough, and speedy service.... however, I must say that out of ALL the Subways I have been to from Sisters to Coos Bay this is the only one that seems to count how many veggies they place on your sandwich. I went through the drive through with my daughter. We ordered a salad and 6 inch turkey with cheddar sandwich. I should have thought that I should forget the order or go in when the person taking the order seemed totally confused. I ordered the sandwich first, turkey with cheddar, toasted with only mayonnaise and mustard. I then ordered my salad with alot of veggies and oil and vinegar dressing. We did not look at our order when it arrived, because we were meeting my daughter, which was 10 minutes away.
