The staff are doing what they can but something needs to give. Knowing how busy they are at lunch time, I placed an online order and showed up at the pickup time. MANAGEMENT: Hire more people and set up a second area for staff to handle the online/call in orders. With Publix being gone you are the only sandwich shop in the complex. It will only get worse as construction starts on the new Publix being built with all those workers coming in.
