The shop has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with unique décor featuring photos of the local community and its history, which gave it a lot of character. There are several seating options, including high-top tables for two, lower tables with four chairs, and bar seating. The menu offers much more than coffee--they also serve sandwiches, ice cream, and other drinks. We ordered the Southwest Chicken Quesadilla, which came with a side of salsa, and it was absolutely delicious. To drink, we had the Raspberry Cream Soda and the Detox Water with strawberries, lemons, blueberries, and cucumbers. Both were refreshing, and the detox water was especially good. The background music was just right--not too loud, making it easy to enjoy a conversation. The shop was spotless, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming, and the gentleman who prepared our food did an outstanding job. This was the perfect way to wrap up our visit to the area. We left with full bellies, great conversation, and a wonderful last stop before hitting the road. Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.
