Went there last night to pick up two sandwiches for my wife and I. Crappy attitudes and sandwiches very skimpy on everything worst sandwich We ever had. So if you only want one piece of turkey and nothing but bread that's the place you need to go. I went into this Subway and there was one customer ahead of me. The worker was about 1/2 done with making a sandwich and I saw the customer point at the sandwich. The worker walked into the back room and came out with a second worker. They both looked into the display case. At this point, the customer raised her hands, shook her head and turned away and started to walk out of the store and past me. I asked the customer what she saw and she apologized and said she saw a roach in a food bin. I then thanked her and turned around myself and walked out also. If there's one roach, they're probably more and it obviously isn't a very clean store. Last time I go to that Subway or possibly any other Subway. Unfortunate but I think Subway sandwiches have been getting a bit too expensive anyways. read more

All I want to know is why. Why would someone put the tuna on the TOP of the inside on the sandwich. You don't put cheese, Tomato, onion, ketchup, and pickles on the bottom of a burger. So why would you put all the ingredients under the tuna on a sandwich. The lady did it so fast I didn't even have time to tell her no. Also had to repeat part of my order 3 times. I had a coupon directly from subway on Facebook (verified as the actual subway account) and they had to hmm and haw over it for 2 minutes (also gave me some dirty looks) before deciding to use it. Side note: adding 5 more olive slices does not count as "extra." And I never got a receipt. This subway used to be amazing but since the new owners took over it's just bad. read more

The first time I went here I ordered kids sandwiches, and they had 1 slice of ham and SHREDDED CHEDDAR on them. Why would anyone make a kids sub like that?!?! I didn't even look at the break down of my receipt that time but I was shocked to have paid $20 for 2 kids meals. Today I went back to give them another shot. They were out of roast beef (?) so I stated that they could put salami on my subway club in place of the missing roast beef- she ok'd that and asked me if this was ok while making strange eye contact with me and slowly laying down 2 slices of salami, as if it physically hurt her to do it. Then she charged me for the salami, made my Second sandwich with the wrong bread, and my kids picked 2 bags of chips that had bad expiration dates. I tried to argue my point about the salami and triple checked the price of the sandwich and combo charge because I couldn't believe the price.. but all 3 employees started arguing with each other and me in their first language, which I do not speak. So sad this place doesn't do a good job. I'd really like to have a healthier and reasonably priced lunch option in the area. read more

One hot summer day, my sister and I had the genius idea to walk to this Subway. Approximately one hour and 3.5 miles later, we arrived. Upon entering, this place was filthier than we were from walking the Great Western Trail. Wrappers from straws, olives, and crumbs galore littered almost every single table. Two unenthused teenagers emerged from the back room, and one of them apprehensively approached us. We placed our orders and went to get our drinks...and the ice machine was broken. I asked the young man if there was anything he could do, and he told me to "just keep pushing on it", which did not work. At this time more people entered the store, so we sat down less ice in our drinks. The food itself was pretty standard, obviously subway is about quality control like all chains but the bread was a little crusty (stale) and the toppings were somewhat sparse. Overall I definitely would walk the opposite way toward the Randall rd. location to get a better sandwich from a more enthused staff. What turned me off the most was the overall unclean atmosphere. It's too bad because I used to prefer this location. read more

Where do I begin?? I have gone to this location numerous times over the past 3 years and on many occasions I should have written a negative review but I did not follow through due to lack of time and ultimately putting it off. Every time I have regretted not writing the review. I guess I hoped that it would improve. This Subway is in such a great location - - it is truly a shame that they can't get their act together. The following is a list of repeated offenses: 1) The staff is so extremely rude and unprofessional. There is an older woman that works there (that I assume is the manager). She has reddish bottle dyed hair. EVERY time we have been there she has been unfriendly and appears to care less about her customers. There is also an approx 30 year old male that works there that I assume is her son. He is also very unfriendly. Quite frankly, they both seem highly annoyed and impatient every time. What prompted me to write the review today is that two teenagers (or what I would refer to as complete punks) were working there today and were unprofessional on many levels. 1a) one of them snapped at my 12 year old when she didn't hear him ask her what size bread. He very rudely and impatiently asked her again what size bread she wanted. Keep in mind there were no customers behind us. 1b) both of them were very impatient with asking us the ingredients on each sandwich. 1c) the fountain drink machine had no carbonation in it. I first thought it was just the Diet Coke so I told one of the teenagers that it needed to be changed. Nothing was done. 1d) In the meantime a customer goes through the line ordering a sandwich and one of the teenagers tells him in a very offensive manner that he can't be on the phone while he's ordering a sandwich. After that customer left, the two teenagers sit down with some of their friends. 1e) Next a female customer complains that there is no carbonation in the fountain machine (refer to 1c) and the 2 teenagers start discussing in an annoyed matter how they can't fix it. All the while, one of them is still sitting with his friends snickering with them about the issue. One of them said we'll try to fix it to the woman who was complaining and the other snickered under his breath "NOT." 2) The place is not as clean as it should be. It does not have a sanitized feel to it. 3) It is not uncommon to go there and something be out of order. We have experienced the fountain machine, credit card processor, ice machine, and air conditioning not working (not all at once thank goodness). If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Pathetic. It is pretty bad when your kids have to ask you why the workers in that Subway are always rude. read more

The young male with acne and wearing California hat(purple lettering). Ruined my sandwich by not listening to me, he put on toppings by slamming them on the bread mushing up the toppings and sandwich. Didn't listen to what I asked which was little mayo, this guy proceed to put lots of mayo on my sandwich. I politely reminded him not to put too much on, he ignored me and continued to squeeze lot more mayo into my sandwich until I screamed at him "dude that's too much". All he did was gestured "not my fault" "there is nothing I can do" and continued to ignore me till I told him I am done and want my sandwich so I can go back to work. He totaled me up and I paid for my sandwich and surprise surprise there is no napkins at all Word of advise for that young male, you work at subway, your job is to make the sandwiches the customers want with a smile. Now if you can't do that or want to do that, quit and look for another job that fits you and your skill set. read more

After numerous visits to this location it has finally disappointed me enough to leave a review. They are never stocked with ingredients including bread. Employees walk in from their cars and go straight to making food without washing their hands before putting gloves on. Today I was told I couldn't get Italian herb and cheese bread for a kids meal? My son loves Subway sandwiches and the Wasco location is perfect for us on our way home. It is always a pleasure when we see that Brock is there to take our order! He always greets us with a big smile and a warm hello. Brock is so pleasant and friendly and my son really enjoys that he always remembers what "his usual" is! Honestly, I am someone who does not take the time to write reviews unless someone has left a true impression on me. Brock has done that, each time I visit this Subway. Give that fella a big pat on the back, he deserves it! Also, Dom is a wonderful addition to your staff! She is so sweet and kind too. Those two make a great team! read more

Food is equal to other subways, but they have a sign on the glass where you order that says, "if you are on your cell, then get out of my line" Really??!! talk about clueless customer service.. Went there with my young son today. They looked befuddled when I asked for the ham and cheese sandwich for the kids meal. No buns so he had to have the huge piece of bread - fine. When he asked the angry manager for the 'Inside Out' bag, she barked at me 'Well did you buy a kids meal?? '. I said no because they had no kids buns for the sandwich. 'Well you will have to pay $1.87 for the bag!!' I did as my son was scared of her and her raising her voice. Won't be going back there, ever. Oh and here's a tip, scary manager - try washing your hair every now and again and go to the dentist. And wipe down your tables more than once a week - there was spinach dried to the seats. The workers there were so mean and messy. They fought the whole time and forced us to get things we didn't want. For instance, we asked for mixed cheese and they gave us provolone. They also kept asking if we wanted cookies and chips and we constantly said no, but they didn't listen. We can't sit down and have a peaceful meal because they are yelling at eachother and hitting eachother constantly. Then we had to go the bathroom which was a bad idea because someone peed all over the floor and there's ground up meat in the trash. When we got there, there were no chips in the basket and we were forced to choose something else. The oven to bake bread was also "broken" so we couldn't bake it even though we saw them baking bread. Also, when we sat down there was olives all over the floor and the seats. There was a guy named Kane who was very nice who helped clean up but the younger lady was very rude and i don't wanna come here again because of her. I ordered a smoked BBQ foot long subway. The first thing they put on the bread was the chicken. They took a small tray of chicken, one for each side of the sandwich, and dumped the chicken on the bread. There was very little chicken and a whole lot of bread. I looked at the picture of the sub again and it looked NOWHERE like the sub he was preparing. The picture shows a sandwich loaded with chicken and my sub looked like it was loaded with bread. I asked the guy why so little chicken? He said they could only add 6 ounces of chicken (per side or total I don't remember). I said I could not eat a sandwich with all bread and little chicken. He said he could add more chicken but he would have to charge me. Really? Charge me more for a sandwich that should look like or come close to the advertised picture? I told him to keep the sandwich. Very disappointing to say the least. Had he added twice the amount of chicken I'm willing to bet it still would not resemble the amount of chicken in the picture. Bad business. read more
