I tried to place an online order with subway. I had a gift card to use and it would not go through. So I went to the subway, i placed my order and tried to pay for it with the same gift card, but the a lady that made my sandwich said it i only had six cents available. So, I paid with my debit card. About three hours later, I noticed an email that said my order was sent from subway. So i called subway, and the same lady that had made my sandwich, the very same one that had no personality, sadly said she was the district manager. and said there was not a thing she could do about it. I believe there was just nothing that she wanted to do about it. Poor managing. I will never visit this subway again. And I live right down the street from it. Closed at 8:30pm on Sunday mar15th. Thought it closed at 9pm and was gonna get a sandwich before they were closed and they must've closed early or they are not open till 9pm on Sunday but it says 9pm close on Sunday on the door. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The two women who worked they were obnoxious and rude. The one fixing the sandwich had no patience. She kept telling me "what do you want, what do you want?!" Literally yelling at me. The individual that rang me up bagged everything so fast that my sandwich fell apart. This location is a regular stop for me going to and coming from Lexington. It is located in a new building and the staff keep it nice and clean including the restrooms. Truck and RV parking is available across the street at the Pilot Truck Stop. I've stopped here for a sandwich five different times in the past year. I have not experienced any issues. But then I'm not here to buy personality or to be greeted, I just want a fresh sandwich, well made and made quickly and so far that is what I have got. When I compare the prices charged here with what they charge at the Subway inside my local Walmart in Martinsville, they are no different, not higher. The two ladies working today are tremendously rude I usually don't leave reviews one because I Get it you can come across a lot of rude people but if you know me I'm one of the nicest persons you can come across with the lady with the pink braid or pink on her hair to me was like what do you want I'm like is ok she's not having a day or whatever then my husband comes in to just tell them his toppings which it was light cheese and the other one charging was like you want cheese or not but rude af I'm like whatever they are having a bad day but then white folks come to the door and they change their whole character hi how are you guys etc i'm like what the f and they where rude to us with no reason Like I mean i've never been racist towards anyone but this two african american ladies where over the top rude to us for no reason it really looks bad for the company how they just changed as soon as white people came in never visiting this place and hopefully they don't come across someone rude I could have been rude back but what's the point but definitely not going to come back to this subway and it sucks because Is the closest one but i'll just drive more to go to one where i am welcomed !! read more

Writing this review based on the type of restaurant it is, a place that makes you made to order sub sandwiches. I have been to many Subways, and I see quality has gone down over the years; some I refuse to go back to. This Subway is probably the best I have visited. They provide fresh food that is always prepared correctly. I have never experienced bad service. When I want a Subway sandwich, this is the one I will always go to. read more

Extremely small salads. Pre-ordered for pick up. Italian BMT was nearly devoid of meat. Sadly didn't find out until after I left either salad. My wife's tuna salad was also in a smaller salad than found at other Subway stores. read more

Not a great first experience at this location. The employee did not welcome us when walking in and had no personality. It get like we were an inconvenience to whatever else she had to do. Had an attitude if I didn't answer fast enough and only seemed to know how to say, "that it". On a positive note I tried the spicy Italian with new cheesy garlic bread and it was great. Location was clean and food pretty good is why it gets a bump up to 3 stars. Hopefully the other shifts are better at treating customers like they are not an inconvenience. read more

Check your receipt. They will overcharge. Almost $9 for a 6" meal. I can't believe a simple turkey sub was this much. When we said something about the price seeming to be a bit high, the girl just shrugged her shoulders. This is the second bad experience in a subway off 64. Guess we need to find a different fast food. read more

The night team at this location was outstanding during our recent breakdown during our trip home. Our vehicle had a problem that landed us in their parking lot, the team there was very understanding and allowed us to use the facilities and offered us use of their ice and water. Love this Subway! They actually fill up your sandwich unlike other locations that get frustrated when you ask for "a little more cucumbers". Restaurant is clean and the servers are very personable as well. read more
