It's not like they can take the Pizza back if it's not right! So I was trying to explain that to the girl and she hung up on us! No dinner. No money back. I will never buy Woody's pizza again! And I would not recommend it. There are to many pizza places in Sheridan to waste time and good money on Woody's pizza where they don't care about the customers so why should we support Woody's.

I just recently reviewed my local Chick-Fil-A for the first time, but I had to update my rating…read moretoday. Surprisingly, the increase in their score stemmed from an error that they made. I placed my order through the app to claim a free breakfast sandwich that was added to my account as a reward. I also redeemed points for free hash browns. I added a limited time drink, some new Chick-Fil-A Sauce flavored waffle potato chips and a breakfast meal for my daughter. The sandwich was free, but I added a slice of colby jack cheese for an additional $.30 (tremendous value, by the way, most other restaurants charge around $1). I was given the wrong cheese. Pepper Jack was added instead. But, do you know what? I went into the app to report the issue; I had my pictures ready and everything, but I didn't need them. I simply chose Order Issues, then selected the item, and voila! They added another free sandwich to my rewards! Now, that's what you call good customer service. They replaced my free sandwich with another free sandwich, no questions asked!
