MOLD in my FLATBREAD. I was very disappointed in the service I received here at this subway. Halfway through eating my sub I saw that the bread had green Mold growing inside of it. I immediately asked for a full refund and they would not give me a refund for my whole order. The employee called her manager and the manager did not want to provide a full refund. So I was in the plaza today (12/11) and thought oh subway sounds great. I walked in to an empty store and the two ladies just stared at me awkwardly like I interrupted their convo. I thought maybe I was being crazy so I said hey how are you? They both ignored me and stared at me. So I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do until the one said what can I get you. The other lady started laughing and had to walk away to the back. It was the weirdest exchange I have ever had and left feeling confused and like I was just mean girled by two old women. I'm not gonna lie though the sandwich was great and that's why I'm leaving two stars. I wouldn't have even left a review but thought again that I was imagining the whole thing and decided to look online to see what others had to say. Came in to order a few sub, older lady making the subs was disgustingly rude to those she was serving ahead of me.. she rolled her eyes at every simple request so I decided to not have her make my food. Just ordered two subs for my and my boyfriend from this location online. We live 5 mins from singer island and I love subway so I thought why not !! Two mins after I pay for my subs I get a phone call from one of the ladies working and she told me that they close at 8, which is a lie unless the hours are wrong on the website, it says everyday open til 9pm. She told me they close and lock the doors at 7:55 so I better be there. I found this very rude , and I'm not one to complain about stuff like this. Hubby and I came to Florida for a vacation...Came here for a quick bite before going on our cruise. I thought the place was pretty clean. Had a typical Subway setup. Nothing special. IM CALLInG YOU OUT DONNA!!! Donna took my order but she didn't seem like she wanted to. She seemed pretty forced... whatever... i felt that Maybe because I was Asian and she didn't want to help me. Anyway, she was very rude and cranky. She even gave me attitude while taking my order. Thank God you can watch the people make your food or else i would have been afraid that she might have done something to my order...Maybe she was having a bad day. Whatever the case may be people with an attitude like that should not be working the front line. TO MANAGEMENT: PLS. Pick and choose the people that you put in the front line. Can't even really rate it one star because every time I come in this place I feel very unwelcome. They do not even greet you or say anything to you to acknowledge you when you walk in. They simply walk down to where you order food and say what can I get you unless you start talking first. It's pretty sad when the customer has to say " hello, how are you". Such bad service when you could be doing different. And I noticed, there is a tipping prompt when you pay, much more likely to get a tip if you make the customer that's spending money feel welcomed. read more

I placed my order online... and showed up early when they were still making it. I was respectful, and asked for it to be made in such and such a way. It was not to be. I walked out with half a sandwich. (Maybe made by the Rude old man made mention of below. LOL.) I got home and had to add my own veggie and meat to my bread purchase. Really it makes no sense. Really it was being ignored after asking that still has me put off.I contacted the owner... who gave me a kind apology. A word of warning. DON'T BUY ONLINE. Terrible service. One older man in particular was extremely rude. My husband and I bought 2 foot long subs and a large drink and I was told "no refills". So I'm not allowed to refill my drink but your employees are allowed to smoke cigarettes directly next to the front entrance? What kind of establishment is this? read more

The old man is rude as ever lol tried to accuse me of getting Sprite when I was getting club soda in the water cup and had the nerve to argue with me . Pretty sure number one rule of customer service is never argue or accuse you're customers. The rest of the lady's are a pleasure and are super nice , definitely my favorite location . read more
