When one thinks of subway they must always consider the view she provides. This place was fantastic with a beautiful French catholic church across the street to admire. Our rating represents an average of our parties experience at this specific establishment. Personally I think we were very generous considering there is no men's room on the premises. That being said the ladies room was apparently spotless and the family bathroom was sufficient granted slightly inconvenient. The sandwich is everything you would expect but a little heavy on the mayo. The service was fast and friendly and we nailed our French ordering.
Personally, I'm a bit weak with my French but Joey made me feel like a true Québécois. Even when I made the crucial blunder of picking the 6 inch at first then changing my mind and upgrading to the footlong, he was very receptive and kind. I vote Joey for employee of the month. So far the first 6 inches of my sandwich were up to par with the Canadian sandwich guide (Fenwick et al, 2024), solid toast and lots of sauce. Overall a pleasant experience and shout out you Joey.
To conclude, we will be back and with friends. I hope the town of St. Anne enjoyed our passing through. Key points; lovely view, add a bathroom please, less mayo in general, great cross walk safety, and less crumbly bread. read more
