This region is fairly well known to have large pastoral farms of many cows roaming around as you drive by! Last time I drove by I was sorry I did. This time I did not make that mistake twice! You walk inside to a little snack bar that opens to a wonderful cheese shop and ice cream bar! Selection is very large but the focus is on cheese curds and block form of fresh curd cheese. I was quick to purchase two small bags and the cheese is awesome! Not as salty as other places and very very squeaky! The ice cream bar looked to have a huge incredible selection! Game on for another day! Definitely a great place and a local landmark to come get your cheese fix on!

When his order was ready, I barely saw his sandwich because it was swimming in french fries. I went for a cheeseburger with the works. NO FRIES PLEASE! I have had my fair share of fries this week.
