Thus particular store is a total mess! I put in order through the app for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie for pickup; first they waited until someone arrived to tell them they were out of one of the breads ordered for a sandwich, instead of trying to call me. they claimed to be having issues getting through which was clearly a lie. when we finally got the order they forgot the chips and the cookies! when that was pointed out they looked at the screen to confirm so they clearly hadn't actually checked the full order at pretty much any point. when we got home with the order it was clear that cheese at least was missing from both sandwiches (which was in the order for both, in fact one came with cheese before customization and it was still left off!). Also, the chips were the wrong kind! When I called to inform them of the mistake I tried to be polite in the beginning just letting them know for future reference that the order was mostly incorrect but the person in the phone was immediately rude and clearly didn't care about upset customers so I admit I became rude back but nearly as rude as I could have been! This store clearly needs to train ALL employees better and make sure they are minimally literate to read an order on a screen! read more

This place has really gone to garbage, management needs to go in and fire every employee. I walked in and stood at the counter well over 5 minutes before they decided to lay down their cigarettes and make my sandwich. They never cleaned their hands after choking down the cigarette and one worker publicly announced that she didn't know why we came to subway. I have been going here for years, because it is close to home. This restaurant has unprofessional staff, always! They need Management!!!!!! Everytime I go inside they are arguing with each other about something, they do not have a clue about keeping the bread stocked, and don't even expect fresh. They always need fresh stock of food. Drink machine is never full, and if certain specific personal are not working, it will take forever to get your food!!!! I so over it. BTW, if some reads this, you have nowhere to call and complain. Understaffed, unprofessional, hostile environment. This trip was an adventure! When we first walked in, there were only 2 women working, with a long line. The woman in charge of the bread, meat, and cheese was complaining loudly about how she wanted a break. She went to the back room and the second woman, clearly nervous cut our bread and finished up another persons order. When the woman came back from the back room, she opened up my bread, the top piece tearing from the bottom. She threw the bread out of her station. She cut my bread correctly and rudely asked me what I wanted. She put my sandwich into the toaster, and the other woman began to take it out, and the rude employee shouted, stay on your half of the counter, while waving the knife. Won't go back. read more

Poor service, the person taking our order was short with us when we asked about cookies and asked us to pull up to the window also the man inside that was making the sandwiches I noticed him rub his nose then I seen him continue to rub his nose not with his arm or sleeve but with his hand, I watched him pick and rub then walked over got the paper ready to set the bread on then put on gloves I'm sorry but that's plain disgusting I do not recommend this subway instead go to Huntington WV. read more
