Honestly, I was pretty shocked by how much I didn't enjoy The Catfish Dock. I was in town visiting…read moremy family for Thanksgiving, and one day had to take my Dad to the ear doctor. Afterwards, we ran over to The Catfish Dock for some lunch. The service was fine. Everyone was friendly. I have no complaints on this. But that is probably where the positives end. The food just wasn't any good. The catfish wasn't very good, the hush puppies were OK but hard as nails and colder than a well digger's. Honestly, the catfish really kinda churned my stomach a bit, and that's saying something because I love fried catfish. I will not get be getting it from the Catfish Dock moving forward. The bathroom didn't have any light. I had to use the restroom in the dark and then wash my hands with no soap or paper towels, and then open a door that didn't lock. Hard pass.
