We sat and continued to wait for the other order until around 1:08. We waited for a total of an hour for a half of a sandwich and a salad. Not only did we wait an hour for our order but we were not checked on one time. When we asked about where the order was after 50 minutes of waiting she told us it would be the next order she made. She continued to bring out multiple orders for people who arrived after us (and not just one or two people who showed up at the same time as us but people who showed up 10-15 minutes after and they only waited for maybe ten minutes). When we finally did get the salad she threw it on the table and said here's your salad and practically ran away. BEYOND UNIMPRESSED with their service. If you don't have 2 hours to wait on a salad I don't suggest visiting them or wasting your 20 dollars.

The staff is consistently friendly, and while this place can get pretty busy, they do a great job keeping the line moving without making you feel rushed. I just had the worst experience with your employees at the Panama City Beach Florida location pot…read morebell. I received your coupon BOGO on my app. I wasn't sure how to use it. I entered my order into the app, but didn't yet pay. I simply went in after ordering on the app to ask for assistance in paying for it and told him I had the BOGO I wanted to use. I told him I had entered my order but the BOGO said apply at checkout, so I was asking how to pay and use the BOGO because the total was still for both sandwiches. He took my phone and said you need to add your payment info and it would give him a bar code that he would scan. I did as he instructed and it charged me for both sandwiches never showing a barcode I then asked for my money back and was told he couldn't do that, but I could still use the coupon again for two more days. I said this isn't right and he began to blame me for saying it was my fault because I already punched the order I which I initially showed him my phone and told him that. He got loud telling me it wasn't his fault and I told him it was because if his instructions. Seems very odd that he couldn't have canceled. This whole order had decent customer service and retake the order using the Bogo and also paying at the counter.. we both got loud. My wife was sitting at the table listening and when I walked over to table he then told me to get out and as I turned my sandwich bag hit my water courtesy cup that was in the table and it spilled on the floor and I told him sorry and we left. He literally followed us out of the store acting like he was calling someone. I wrote to Potbelly that I'd be sharing this experience online and on Yelp and you really should have some discussion with your employees about how they treat people (he said he was the assistant manager to boot). I have pictures of the receipt but just see the number 4024 and my name. I also have a picture if your BOGO which is why I went the to begin with. If your company is incapable of doing such a credit reversal and getting an order right it's a poor way of doing business. Will never step foot in that Potbelly's again to be treated with such disrespect.

But, you know what you can wait for those sandwiches you're getting there. Thanks to my friend for the recommendation. They have a lot of salads and sandwiches options. It was very difficult to pick one honestly. I ended up ordering "Hefty heifer sandwich" and my friend got Philly cheesesteak. It took about 15-20 minutes to get the food for the table. It was a pretty good size sandwich, I finished only half of it. Yummmmm! About the ambiance, they do have a lot of tables inside, market area, bar area with TV screens. Since the sandwich I had was huge, I couldn't find a space for desserts especially cheesecakes/cookies. But, I came back after couple of days to try their cheesecake. It knocked me out for sure. This stop is about two miles off of the interstate, but well worth the detour. After we plugged in our Tesla to charge we stumbled upon H&M Hot Dog. I couldn't believe our family of four had lunch for under $30! (My husband and I each ordered a cheeseburger and my boys both ordered hotdogs. We also had two baskets of fries to share, two cans of soda, and a bottled water). The hotdog stand is tiny and charming and the two women running the stand were cooking food and taking orders nonstop during our visit. There is only one counter inside with about ten barstools and picnic tables outside to sit at. So glad that we discovered this hidden gem. We will be back!!!
