Wouldn't even bother leaving a review, but I am so tired of the poor service with this Hot Head…read more This is a "I'm not even joking" when I say every single time we ever order food from here at work my order is messed up. Whether it be the portion size of a Taco Bell burrito, or they don't even read my order. Today I ordered a burrito using a jalapeño cheddar tortilla and toasted, and got neither. If I ever order online, even though the first item on the receipt for my order that is printed and taped to my burrito specifically says "jalapeño cheddar tortilla", it was a normal flour tortilla. And this isn't the first time that has happened, I think maybe in 5 times trying to order my burrito with that tortilla I've received it once. Just so ready for Chipotle opens up, then Hot Head will finally be dead to me.

Unfortunately to many of the drive thrus have gone to this nasty hamburger for their products. Makes me wonder what's in the beef.

But no worries right, I'm a half hour before closing time. I tried to place my order exactly at 8:30pm. The young man behind the counter said take out and I said no for here. He then said take out only and some cockamamie story about a busy run and they were out of chicken. It was comical! I walked out, drove back across town to the KFC who was more than happy to make money off of me! You should do the same, the KFC was delicious! This is a prime example of how lazy employees can drive a business into the ground. Please don't waste people's time, if you want to quit serving at 8:30 by all means do so but have the courtesy to update your hours to reflect this. :(

I remember them being a roast beef, and baked potato place, but that was 35 years ago. There are only two left in the U.S. and this is the only one in Ohio. I got a Topper, Richelle got the bacon double cheeseburger, and we shared the fries. The burgers are fantastic. Topper is a two 1/10oz hamburger patty, slice of Mercian cheese, lettuce and tarter sauced three bun delight. Bun is slightly toasted, but so soft It was falling apart as you at it, reminded me of Nichole's bread when we made burgers at home. Richelle said the bacon dbl. cheese burger, good, better then other fast food places, like If you would make it. Fries are outstanding, nice thick slices. Staff is friendly: If you dine in they bring your food too you. We were even asked if we need refills. It's fast food style, but they have daily meals specials that are more like fast casual. It's really has a mom n pop neighborhood hamburger joint feel.
