We liked that they were open late. There were 2 workers but only one other person in line in front of us, and it took a while for us to get taken care of and the man that helped us took forever to make our 2 sandwiches, it was like the DMV. I feel like they didn't put enough veggies, which didn't taste very fresh along with the bread, they were kind of sad sandwiches, we only ate half of both. read more

This location is always pretty clean, Tables are usually always wiped down. I love the green tea and honey. It is always so good! Sometimes it can be a bit weak but most the time it is so good The workers here listen when you tell them how you want the sub's A great place to go after you get groceries, who feels like cooking after you went shopping lol Its inexpensive and you can get what you want. We usually always get the cold cut combo. We do not mind going here at all have always had good service, the workers are always very friendly. We will keep going here! read more

The girl who was working Subway the night of 3/21/2022 is flipping awesome. I regret not getting her name to give her kudos for job well done. I did an online order, there was a line of people ahead of me and she was clearly solo captain of the shop even being a young woman. Two people should be working for sure this evening. She recognized that I was the online order and acknowledged me immediately. While I would have easily waited for the line to cleared but she expedited it and was super positive the entire time. Only negative was Subway was out of black olives. WTH, how is that possible? regardless, service level wins the day. read more

Fresh baked bread...my favorite is honey wheat. I have tried many combinations, but the top 2 for me are either: Pastrami, double meat or Veggie Delite with double avocado. Get a foot long to share with a friend or save for the next day...no sauce if you are saving it. The wraps are great for dining on the go. Less mess. Not worth eating. They did away with the roast beef and the pastrami so I tried a shredded steak No taste at all. The tastiest thing on the sandwich was the lettuces. I decided to order from the mobile app while I was sitting in the restaurant. There was no one behind the counter. I heard an alarm going off which I assume was to alert staff that there was an online order. It continued to go off while the young lady working was doing whatever in the back. She finally came out and let the alarm continue to go off before she slowly went to the register area to retrieve my order. At that time, she appeared to start my order. Another customer walked up to order in person. I assumed that she was probably supposed to take care of his order first, but again, she was moving in slow motion. The whole time she was chatting with the customer and after she had already rang him up, she continued standing there talking to him for minutes, I finally stood up and informed her that I was waiting on an online order. She finally finished my order. I got home and discovered that the avocados that I paid extra for were not in either sandwich that I ordered. I called her to find out what to do and she said I would need to come back to get the avocados or get a refund. I do not live close enough for it to be worth driving back so I declined. For what it's worth, the employee was very nice but she needs to work on her speed and efficiency so she doesn't cost people money for products they didn't receive. Oh and my husband just informed me that his sandwich also doesn't have the double meat that we also paid extra for. Wow! read more

Ok, I don't usually need to vent but I do need to get this off my chest. Yesterday my husband and I went to Walmart in Pahrump for some groceries. It was past lunch time when we finished shopping and my husband being a diabetic needed something to eat. We went into the Subway there. There was one young man ahead of me and one man who was buying a large amount of sandwiches so I knew it would be a little wait. One girl was working the line and another was in and out but wasn't helping with the large order. Then another man came in, stopped by the counter and said "where does the line start?" It is obvious that it doesn't start at the cash register so he looked at us and said "I'm in a hurry, I have to get back to work". The young man in front of me said we could go ahead of him since he wasn't sure what he wanted yet. I stepped up to the counter even though the girl was still working on the large order. This man then stepped in front of me and said "I think I was here before you anyway". Trying to control my frustration, I said "No, you weren't, and my husband is a diabetic" as I stepped back in front of him. The girl after about 5 more minutes began taking my order, set it aside for the "extras", took his order and proceeded to finish it and give it to the other girl to ring up while our sandwiches sat there waiting. I'm sorry if I am being uncharitable about this but it angered me and I think it was very unprofessional of the girl working there (by the way she called the man by name which showed she knew him). We will not be returning to the Walmart Subway in Pahrump again! read more

I'm appauled at the lack of customer service and lack of training for the new girl on her first day... I was in line with my daughter and when we got to the putting the veggies on our sand which Amber decided to prep the guys behind mme sand which and leave mine to the new girl (who was working on my daughters) then take him over to the register and pay... I was in town visiting family over Easter. My niece had a birthday party for her daughter and a 9' sub was ordered for pickup for the party. I was tasked with picking it up. She had mentioned the clerk on the call said it would be around $160, but she wasn't too sure as she was not the one to make the order. When she told me that, I didn't really think much of it as I can add and that didn't make any sense to me at all. I went to pick it up and before I ordered I looked at the menu and saw the very most expensive 1' sub was $8.99 so $160 really didn't add up to me so thought it must be a mistake. What we ordered was a very simple sub sandwich that was probably a $6.99 sub per foot but I am not exactly sure on the price. When I went to the lady behind the counter and told her I was picking up the order, she told me it was $158 and some change. I simply couldn't believe what she had just told me. I asked her to explain to me how the most expensive sub on the menu was $8.99 and you are charging me almost double the price because we ordered a 9' sub? She couldn't explain it to me. What if I was just to order 9, 1' subs. What is the difference? Needless to say, I walked out and didn't pay that ridiculous price. Went down to Port of Subs in the same shopping center and got a great 6' sub for $51. Lets split the difference and say the subs are $7.99 each per foot. $8 x $9 = $72. They were trying to charge me over double the price. Why? Can someone from Subway please answer this question for me? Anyways, Port of Subs is a much better sandwich in my opinion anyway so I'm glad to make that change. I do not eat at Subway and after this experience, I will never go to one again.
