Just one staff member when I went on a Friday afternoon, they were friendly/cheerful. Not the cheapest option for sandwiches (and we like cheap eats in Winnipeg...) but a nice change to having subs all the time. The River City Brisket has always been my staple order because it's that good. Normally for take-out I have it with potato salad, but last week I tried it with the jalapeno cheddar mac n cheese...which was really delicious! I do like the potato salad as well, and would choose that in warmer weather. It's a toss up between here and Miss Browns on who makes better brisket, but right now I give the edge to K+B. So friendly and helpful: even gave us some extra cookies. They also have large bags of rye bread slices that were too small for the sandwiches that they just give away.
