Our number was never called, and this location is small with only a handful of people dining inside. We absolutely would have noticed if someone had walked off with our order--and so should the staff. It felt more like our order was forgotten or skipped altogether. After bringing it to their attention, they finally made and brought out our food. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the wait. The quality was noticeably below other Freddy's locations I've visited, and everything just felt underwhelming. Even after moving farther away, I've continued making the 20-30 minute drive to the Norco location because it was usually worth it. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on my birthday with my kids was very disappointing. I ordered the carne asada platter, and the meat was extremely dry and honestly looked and tasted like it may have been leftover from the day before. For the price, I expected much better quality. Taking the whole family here can easily cost around $120, so when you're spending that kind of money, you expect the food to be fresh and worth the drive. It's disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for years and have always recommended Baja Fish Tacos.
