Very disappointed since I was craving Subway. I placed my order online and arrived ten minutes after the estimated ready time. No customers were present and my order was not ready. They had no white bread, only herb or wheat and no chocolate chip cookies. Employees was hesitant to reimburse for what they didn't have until I insisted. Very poor customer service, I arrived to pickup an order , young lady was helping a customer he order meatballs, no meatballs available, she said 20 minutes wait, elder customer waited , next customer asked for items to be added to her sandwich and again she was snapping at elderly lady, my turn , we don't have honey mustard want something else I said you don't have honey mustards?? This is the first time I have ever been to this Subway restaurant. I would have to say it will be the last time. There were two ladies working at the counter and the shorter one (sorry I didn't catch her name ) didn't seem to know what she was doing. I don't think she's ever had to help a customer with a gift card because she sure acted like it. Very disappointed in my visit and then when I left (it was a to go order) I realized that they didn't even put napkins in my bag. I went there not as a customer, but randomly picked this location because my three year old great granddaughter had to use the restroom like really really bad. I told the Subway employee reason why I was there before even talking my great granddaughter to use the restrooms and she told me to go next door. The restroom was literally a few steps away and I was in eye vision of it. I was so disgusted and told the employee "I was disgusted and really you're going to tell a three year old no she can't use the restroom". I did go next door and they did let me use the restroom and I did buy something from the restaurant next door that did allow me to use the restroom. Subway, you are disgusting and mean to children. Very disappointed with how this store is operated & will never be back again. I ended up walking out to spend my money elsewhere who has better business practices. 3 major strikes here today. One being they had no avocado, she said it wasn't ripe yet, that's one of my favorite things on a sandwich. 2nd being they never have Cool Ranch Doritos, the only chips I like that Subway usually offers. Most subways offer this, you need to get on board so you can be a better store. Order a small amount at least each time, it's not like they go bad quickly. 3rd they said they never offer water cups at all, even with purchase. Every subway in Orange County as well as Chino Hills, etc has water cups for customers. That's why their stores are so much better & busier, as well as better reviews. You should at least offer a water cup alongside a purchase. At the very least only charge like 25 cents for the cup. I should never have to buy a whole drink to get some ice water, and I don't want to have to buy the water bottles either, I want ice with it, I need a cup for that. This is probably the worst Subway I've ever been to because they didn't offer so many things. Now I take my money elsewhere. Please make better changes to your store location. A line of customers, and only one worker stands one even when we can hear another voice coming from the back. The prolonged absence of an ice machine has been quite annoying. The chip choices have decreased to just two types, and the variety of bottled drinks has been scarce for months. This Subway visit has truly been the most disappointing experience I've had. Even though it's conveniently located, out limited lunch times and this subway are quite disheartening. The staff may need a bit more practice in their people skills, as I find myself repeating my requests. Parking is very tight as there are several businesses in this little strip mall and Subway is on the very end of the building. Their parking is disrupted by the Gas station building out on Hamner. Ordered a lil sumn sumn as I was starving. I don't normally even bother with olives but for some reason on this particular day I did. As I was chewing I bit down on what at first seemed like a ROCK! Once I located this tooth cracking item and spit it out I discovered that it was an olive pit. I notified the young lady behind the counter and she didn't say anything. She walked to the back and got the supervisor who said, "Oh, that just happens. It's not our fault. Olive pits sometimes are in the olives. Nothing I can do!" I'll raise the bar a little bit on the subway some of these reviews are rather old and maybe not the most reflective of the service there. It is a small subway is not a whole lot of space and not a great deal much to put it over-the-top. However I was met with two rather friendly employees, who in comparison to the last Subway I went to wear able to cut my sandwich in a way that everything didn't fall out so I'll mark that up as a win. It's a subway not much more you can expect other than the fact that the ingredients actually looks fresh and they had a relatively easy time taking my order and creating my sandwich. read more

Came in with my Co workers after a long drive from Vegas and what is better than affordable food that will fill you up? There were about 11 of us total and about 3 the customers ahead. The cashier was polite to greet everyone that walked through the door. Exceptional customer service. Took about 14 minutes from the back of the line, to paying, but I was the Last order and lots of people. One customer was ordering 2 salads which takes longer to make than sandwiches, and the employee was speedy quick. I swear it was a one person assembly line.. No mistakes and just the way the customer wanted it. Plus when they try to upsell avocado or a combo, they mention it would cost extra, no need to worry about extra unnecessary charges. They kept the place sanitary and food was fresh. Great service = great food and experience. The only thing I did not like was they do not serve breakfast. They advertise it, but do not have it available. They also have a sign to let you know lol.. So it was nice of them to let us know. Haha Last review was bad, but a lot can change in months.
