Both customers and "sandwich artists" were should to shoulder -- this needs to be enforced. 1" protruding acrylic nails do not belong in Subway let alone the hospitality industry. While the maker had gloves on, her nails were poking out the fingers... DISGUSTING! Another time, a customer was out of line by handing her phone with the order to the maker but the employee should NEVER have received the phone, especially when she put her hands into the veggie bins to make the sandwich. DISGUSTING! Asked the maker for meatballs but to please bang most of the sauce off so there is as little as possble... What does she do?
