The thing that I found odd was when they freshly cut meats, they use sandwich hands with crumbs on them. I was desperate and hoped for the best but was glutened and go really sick. There was a lady working (Ashley maybe???) who had a child with allergies and she took over and was helpful. I was super apologetic at this time. She did everything she could to make the toppings and chopping portion safe. I wish I started with her! All in all, my allergies aren't against them but the food was delicious. I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese on their house-made honey wheat, with cranberry mayo to go. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and gave me all my options. While waiting, I chatted with another woman (presumably the owner) who was also very nice, and we had a pleasant little conversation. The sandwich was frankly amazing. It had a generous amount of turkey, and the veggies were very fresh. The bread was cut nice and thick, the way good homemade bread should be. I'm glad I went with the cranberry mayo over plain, as it was a delicious addition. I can't think of anything I would have changed, except maybe adding bacon. I can't fault them, though; that one is all on me. Next time I'm back in Morrisville, I will definitely stop by again.

My order was not correct as when I got back and opened it up I seen chicken and tomato on it. I do remember the cashier who took my order saying "you want a pesto pizza" so that's where the mixup occurred. I picked off some of the tomatoes but dealt with it. Overall the food was good. There are all different kinds of Yelpers, but I would say on balance Yelpers are more adventurous…read morethan the overall population. If you happen to be in Quebec Province and travelling from Montreal to Quebec City or vice versa, there are several towns you might stop in to get a cross sectional sample of history, from Chambly, a synthetic, plant and just add water instant suburb in the middle of a corn field, to Cowansville and Waterloo, Bromont and Shefford, places that are seeing tradition eclipsed by suburban sprawl, are still mainly agricultural, and are seeing some hard times, but as they will tell you, hard times are nothing new for these towns that started as pioneer settlements four centuries ago. In any case, to get a sense of all this, I would recommend stopping in at the local boulangerie in any of these towns, getting an elaborate pastry such as tartelette aux fruits, milles feuilles, napoleon, paris-brest, chocolatine or just an eclair with a great cup of coffee, capuccino, espresso, tea, or your choice of caffeinated beverage, and look out the window as people walk by and take you through a story both fascinating and sad at the same time. If you can, buy a loaf of bread to take with you, and if you are feeling forgetful you might neglect to realize this until you are safely back at home.
