I said you should've asked me. He said we don't ask, you're supposed to tell us, and that's how it is at every location. I told him that's not true and that I've never had that issue at any other location. Someone said it's fine and made it on the rosemary like I wanted. But that guy really soured the experience. Then, I had a free sandwich I had earned by having 72 points. I got the roast beef, my g/f got the turkey. I earned the 72 points and intended on using it for the roast beef that I was eating. I told the cashier and it automatically took off the cheaper turkey sandwich that my g/f wanted. Cashier seemed to be trying. I don't even remember what happened in the end, but I was annoyed by this. While my sandwich tasted great per usual for Jersey Mike's, the mayo was the sloppiest I had ever seen. Total carelessness.
