I was able to customize my order and didn't feel rushed even though I was there only thirty minutes prior to their closing time. Not wanting to keep them after, however, I packed up a bit too fast and accidentally left a charger plugged into their wall as I was leaving. I didn't realize it until I was almost to Shreveport and I was ultimately on my way back home - all the way in Dallas, TX. I was upset with myself for leaving it, but basically had to write it off as a probable loss. Well, the next day, the owner's husband called me, offering to send my charger through the mail! I felt silly for not thinking of this, but even more, I was so pleasantly surprised by these people's willingness to go way above and beyond for a one-time customer just passing through. He even offered to pay my shipping and let me pay the amount when he knew what that would be. How wonderfully refreshing these rare interactions are in which people go out of their way to do something nice and even go out on a limb of trust for a stranger.
