I personally like mine just a little crispier, but the seasoning on them is so good it doesn't exactly matter lol And yes... we're talking about the pickles too. Perfect pickles. They add that extra bite and flavor that pushes the sandwich right over the edge to perfection. Oh and I almost forgot to mention my son wanted to try the macaroni and cheese so bad that he went up there and ordered a side of it, we all shared it. Tried to contact store after to possibly speak to manager no phone number listed on google or on the receipt so couldn't get a hold of anyone to try to fix. So next best thing go to customer service and all they can offer is a gift card through the mail and escalate my complaint to the store manager.
