Seriously, how do you mess up nachos? The positive: the doritos were crunchy and not soggy (see reason below), there was quite a bit of steak and plenty of jalapenos. The negative: There were 6 chips each with the smallest dots of the sauce- everything else was completely dry. The sprinkle of cheese was maybe 2 tablespoons worth. And all of the sparce toppings were piled on 4 chips right in the middle of the "boat", the remaining chips were dry and toppings less. This is a relatively small shop with only 4-5 booths, but it was clean and well-stocked (we've had a lot of bad experiences with Subways being out of certain items, so it was nice to see that they had everything at hand) The employees were all staying busy, so I got my order right away. We will definitely keep them in mind when we return to town. read more

Updating: worse. Starting with the fact that their online app ordering doesn't work. Sandwiches are now really skimpy with fillings, barely any meats. They're always out of a lot of the basics at this location as well. read more

The two boys that were working tonight... need to be retrained like really bad. The one guy that way making the sandwiches was working like he had a line wrapped around the building and it was game day. It was not necessary to rush that much and make your partner feel flustered. Also the guy making the sandwiches that cut the bread literally pushed the bread flat as paper to cut it open and then ripped it open and beat it open with his hand to keep it open making the sandwich flat af. Who does that?! You like your sandwiches and your bread beat flat?! Also it was barely 7:30 y'all close at 10 and y'all literally were looking like y'all were about to close in five minute. Had no drinks made (teas were empty and obviously from the morning time), all the veggies and sauces were empty and "they had no more in the back" but I didn't believe that I think they just didn't want to do their job. The veggies they did have, they barely wanted to give me any of. I had to ask for more and the sauce that's supposed to come on the sandwich got one squeeze and I was so shocked at the lack of common sense and service we got that I asked them to forget "going to look for some" cuz I knew they weren't really looking.They were also talking about other customers that from the sounds of it, they made the young girl feel so uncomfortable she forgot some of the food she paid for and I watched her take off really fast as I pulled into the parking lot. I've never had a more negative experience at a food establishment. The male employee was visibly bothered that I came in. I asked for an Italian dressing packet, and he said they don't carry them. Interesting, because he gave me one the day before. Then, he mangled my sandwich--ripping the break apart with his hands, and slapping ripped pieces of ham. He smashed the bread closed, and the sandwich looked like a toddler had their way with it. I told him it looked a mess and asked him to remake it. He started talking rudely about me to his coworker: "she's gonna fucking eat it. Who cares?" He forcefully threw it in the bin. I left and will not return. read more

I wish I could rate this subway at zero stars!!!! The employees are hateful and cranky, the sandwiches are TERRIBLE. They just slop it all together and wrap it up in paper. Usually when I open the sandwiches, it's a sloppy mess of food because they don't take the time to do it right. And yesterday I got mocked for politely asking the employee to change his gloves (because I have an allergy issue) oddly enough, the manager makes the worst sandwiches I've ever had in my life lol. Having a job that requires extensive traveling means I eat out a lot. I choose subway frequently because of the consistency. This experience was far from the norm. There were 3 employees working behind the counter, only 1 would be active at any given moment. There were several people in line, some of which expressed their thoughts (which were the same as mine). As if 15 minutes to make 5 sandwiches (seriously) was not bad enough, the chicken breast was so dry and burned that parts were too tough to even bite through. This has been a first occurrence for me, it was the first time i ever wanted to go back to ask for a refund or another sandwich. But I was famished and short on time, a veggie sandwich was a much better option than going through the line again. There are a couple other subways in town, choose another. read more
