It's hands down the best cake I have ever had in my entire life. It turns out that all of her pastries are out of this world, from the cronut, to the Apple fritter (also the best I ever had) are all top notch. I have not had their breakfast sandwiches or lunch offerings but they always look good when I go in there. They are nice friendly people just being great at what they do and we need to keep them around. So do yourself a favor and check them out, you will thank me.

So I drove 8-10 minutes off 95 for... great value brand coffee. I watched her take the grounds and put them into the espresso maker, and then add the great value milk into a chinet cup (same kind I get at walmart for togo). And for a hot coffee it was $4.59 for a plain hot coffee. Then I got an iced vanilla coffee, the vanilla was also great value brand. I could see the ladies in the back make sandwiches, the shelves were all stocked with great value brand bread and all kind did other items. To say your a cafe and then serve Walmart store brand food is very disappointing to customers. The iced coffee was $7.99 which is way higher than Starbucks and the cup was mostly ice. I am all for supporting mom and pop small businesses!!! But, I also wouldn't do it at the expense of quality. I do not recommend unfortunately. The owner should consider better quality supplies.

After having the crab cake sandwich we would recommend doing the platter because the bread overpowers the crab cake. Everything was incredible, the flavors, consistency, and quality. Came with slaw, 1x Side (Collard Greens: sweet vinegar with some heat, and a bit of pork, really good!), and some AMAZING Hushpuppies (fresh, sweet corn bread). Shrimp & Grits: Fantastic! Buttery and cheesy grits with sausage and nice shrimp (not over-cooked or chewy). Green beans were slightly too soft (30-mins until closing), but good comfort food. Coleslaw was "meh," but a good, crunchy foil to the fish and rice. Counter Service (order at register, then they bring to table/to-go) was quite fast, given that they had to cook the fish and prep foods for take-out. Everything looked clean, staff was nice, and owner was talking to everyone. Didn't get to try the variety of desserts, but they looked and smelled great. Traveling, but worth the stop!

This happens every time that I have visited this location. There are 2 drive thru lines and both get backed up constantly. They take and completely process one order before taking the next order. This location is NOT organized or efficient so ALWAYS be prepared for an extended wait.
