So anyway, I ordered a #9, jalapeno burger, double, with cheese curds. They had pitchers of sweet tea I watched them pour, so maybe catering to locals at each location? I sat down in their generous seating area and watched. My food took under 10 minutes to come out fresh. Curds: C*vers has the edge, but it's their specialty. Another item I appreciate having on the menu here. They offered a dip but I just popped them like candy. Burger: Very solid. The extra patty helped. Maybe I should have put the curds on the burger. Just occurred to me. Otherwise I got my veggies for the day and every bite went down smooth. Verdict: Quite a nice chain. I'm on the fence between 4 and 5 stars. I'll likely never be in another one (happened to pass another one today, actually) but judging from everyone else's reviews, 4 stars would be an insult. ;)

The gentleman just took our order and she said we can't do that. My son and I got up and left and we will not go back there again if you advertise something, you need to put the days of the week that you will honor that price or else don't send us somebody with her attitude that would not give us what we ordered and we walked out without drinking our drink drinks and nobody tried to stop us because they really couldn't care less. I am tired of people having signs on their windows and not saying that it only applies to certain days of the week that is poor advertising and poor CUSTOMER SERVICE very sad.
