We're envisioning a standard sub roll / like you would get at any of the sub shops across America - ordered to go and when we got in car to take off and opened the container we see a basic square sandwich - like from a loaf of bread. Super disappointed after waiting 15 mins for it to be made. Can't say it wasn't good but with all the ingredients packed in a standard sandwich - it was hard to eat on the road with stuff spilling out. Tip: Just clarify you want a submarine roll when ordering the Super Sub as apparently it's not an automatic assumption here.

Fair pricing in my opinion, because they really load up the sandwiches and they are quite big. Not very busy when I visited at 6pm which I liked. Comfort: 4/5 - chairs are a little uncomfortable if you're a bigger person. Otherwise it's fine, very clean! Sensory Notes: 5/5 - natural light from large windows was easy on the eyes. No excessively loud noises, and music was the perfect volume. *all reviews are based on my personal experience as a disabled AuDHD girlie who wants to provide the kind of info I would look for myself*

They now have something on the menu called Duo's. I get half a sandwich and half a salad For $10. That's a great deal. The sandwich is always good, and the salad is even better. I always get the Capriotti chopped salad, which is the same as an Italian antipasto salad. With their red wine vinaigrette dressing, this salad is absolutely delicious! I have ordered it over and over. I always get the Italian sandwich, which is always a winner. With the duos special, there are several different combinations you can get. I will definitely be back, and I suggest you give them a try!

I forgot how' much I truly enjoyed the original sandwich. I was on as conference call waiting in our vehicle and it seemed like a long time to make two sandwiches. There was no one there so I didn't understand the wait. It was 14+ minutes until my travel partner came back to the vehicle. My call ended and I went inside to use the rest room. Again no one's inside so it was head scratcher. Doubtful I'll hit this place again since we were just passing through. However, it was a good reminder of what I had been missing!

We moved tables once because the flies were so bad, and on the floor was rolley polleys and other bugs. We were trying to figure out the smell in there, and we decided it was "old lady" perfume. It was horrible and we could barely breathe in there. We felt like we were in the twilight zone and the employees were zombies working as slow as they possibly could. We were super frustrated because we wanted to eat quickly and get back on the road and we were there over an hour Won't ever be back.
