The water nozzle on the soda machine had Hi-C leaking into it, so my daughter didn't want to drink the water. I also witnessed a young girl get sick and vomit on the carpeted floor. Her mom was understandably overwhelmed and went to the front counter to ask for a cloth or something to clean it up. She stood there for about 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. When a worker finally brought her a cloth, they handed it to the mom and had her clean up the mess herself. I understand that it's an unpleasant situation, but I do feel that staff should have handled the cleanup. This is especially true since it was on a carpeted area. The mom had already cleaned up most of the mess with napkins, so there weren't any chunks or anything like that, but I still didn't think it was very sanitary for her to have to clean it herself. Overall, the food and experience were just okay, but the cleanliness and customer service during our visit left something to be desired.

They had 2/4 sides and claimed the rest couldn't be made because they are closing (even though they had an hour to do so) so I had to substitute the other two sides with something different which they forgot. The chicken I received appeared to be the pieces that had been picked over all day because most were tough as jerky and incredibly thin. I luckily received a refund for the sides however I did not open the chicken to see what it looked like and now cannot get an additional refund for the chicken jerky I received. I had been here before during the day and had no complaints but I do not recommend going during the night shift.

I get there, with a car at the window and another behind them. I waited at the speaker for what seemed like too long (probably 3-5 minutes). Super friendly and nice order taker, but seemed to not be meeting the drive thru times fast enough. Once I finally got my food, and got all the way home, I noticed only one biscuit in my box..when the coupon had said 2 biscuits. The classic tenders I got seemed like old ones and the breading was thicker than what i've previously received before. The mac and cheese was actually decently good. I also asked for a blackened ranch and received buttermilk ranch, which was the least of my worries because she did give me sweet heat sauce thankfully. The kid inside (Dominick?) didn't seem to be focused enough getting orders around and correct. In my opinion the manager running the floor should be packing for drive thru, so the orders are correct and fresh food is being served. I hope to have a better visit next time.
