I checked the status of my delivery. It says it was delivered. I went to get help from delivery, it stated that since I used Jersey Mike's app I need to contact the establishment. Which I did, the person that answered told me to hang on & for the manager on shift. The manager said I needed to contact Door Dash. I then contacted corporate with my order number & explained the issue. They were quick to fix it, I still am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's, but not of this location as more. With how this was handled my family will be finding a different place to order when we don't have the time to cook. As much as I love the food, I did not like that they would not make it right which caused me to wait 2+ business days to have the company make it right.
