With that being said the main reason I'm writing is this location was closed for maintenance tonight. I ask why you close at 11pm do your maintenance then you just lost a customer who put up with not the greatest food quality and the bad smell in the restaurant. Also not very Impressed with the discontinued buy one get one for a dollar menu.

The wait was reasonable. The cheese curds were great. The burger was fine, but I find the bun too fluffy. The shake was extremely icy and was thrown out after a few bites. I'd much rather find a 5 guys or even Dairy Queen next time I want a burger, OR I'll hold off on a burger craving til in the vicinity of In-N-Out for the best experience.

We stopped here enroute to the bridge, and just wasn't impressed for all the rave reviews. I mean it is fast food, so I wasn't really expecting it to be spectacular or served on a silver platter, but so many seem to brag about it, when it's comparable to a west coast Fatburger. The location is very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, but also seem to give you "the look" of like "haven't you been here before?" (When we haven't) We have stopped in a couple of times and made it a point to try some different items. Price is substantially above the Big 5, we're just sick of the Big 5 and spent the extra $20-$25. It's probably good for some, but not for all. We generally don't eat a lot of fast food anyway, so I hope not to turn others off. Just be warned you'll pay more for food at all their locations, and it's not much different than other fast food for the higher price. Their Butter burger was tasty, fish sandwich ok, chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich and soggy fries.

The pan pizza was ok, typical of the franchise name. The service was what shined brightly! The young girls made sure there were napkins, condiments, and plates and cutlery. They even carried it to our truck because we are both a bit older. VERY friendly. With all the boomers complaining of how Gen Z are lazy and don't want to work, this staff proves them WRONG!
