Possibly the best subway sandwich I have ever eaten throughout fremont, omaha, and bellevue. Only issue was I wanted my sandwich toasted and it was sadly not (ordered online) The only thing that deters me from subway is how bad the bread is, but this bread was by far the softest and freshest bread I've ever had. read more

I was hungry after going to the gym so I decided to get a Subway Club sandwich. There are only two sad pieces of roast beef on a footlong sandwich!!! I asked for onion, and received about half of a large onion on the sandwich. It looked like an onion and mayo sub. Wow!!! No thanks; I chucked it right in the trash at the shop on my way out. If I could give it no stars I would. I was treated horribly. They took my money then told me they didn't have the stuff to make what I ordered & refused to give me my money back. After a lot of arguing they offered me a coupon for a 6 inch sub when I paid for a foot long. When I refused they got even more combative & reiterated that they wouldn't give me my money back & shut the window on me. Refused to give my money back or to give me a coupon for a foot long that I PAID FOR. I argued with them for over an hour, pregnant, stressed, with 2 toddlers & a teen. Ended up having to drive to a different location where they said I could get my order & that they called & I wouldn't be charged at the new store because I had already paid there. Wrong. Got charged. They didn't know anything about it. My guess is the first store didn't even call. Thieves that steal from pregnant mothers. Classy. I had to eat the loss instead of a sandwich. Employee ran out of receipt paper charged card twice to give me one receipt didn't even ask if I needed a receipt said my money would be refunded in 72 hours and never received refund and was give two free six inch coupons which cover 3/4 of what I paid.
