The employees aren't particularly friendly. We stood in line for quite a while. The food however was good.

I visited McDonald's in Ensenada, México [Av. López Mateos 692] on Monday, 05/18/26, around 1:30 PM…read morefor lunch. As I was looking at the menu, I noticed the offering of the Mundialistas 'World-Class' burgers and French fries. The options included the McFrancia, McMéxico de Res (beef), McMéxico de Pollo (chicken), McUSA, and McEspaña fries. I opted for the largo combo of the McUSA burger with French fries and Sprite. The McUSA was prepared with two burger patties, bacon, pickles, BBQ sauce, cheese, and grilled onions on a potato bun. It happened to be very good. The flavor of the burger was satisfactory and the quality of the meat was very different (in a good way) compared to the American McDonald's burgers. I also enjoyed the freshly made fries. The Sprite was not served with ice, so the drink ended up being lukewarm. The soda was also slightly flat. Because I purchased a large combo, I was given a 'sticker dorado' from FIFA. What a cool mini prize. For the meal, I spent a total of MX$254.99, which equated to almost $15. It's comparable to how much I pay back in the United States. The inside of the restaurant was presentable but a tad dirty. The women's restroom fell below expectations, as the stall door didn't close and there wasn't any tissue available. The customer service was decent. Overall, this McDonald's location in México gets the job done. The experience was not disappointing but not spectacular either. All in all, I was glad to try something unique, such as the McUSA, on this visit.

Therefore there was a bit of a language barrier when ordering... understandably so. No one ended up ordering any food, but there were several drinks purchased, none of which tasted good. They all just had a very unenjoyable and unappealing taste to them. Serve time was quick, but the restaurant in it's entirety was unkempt.

They have a few tables inside and outside, plus it's on a walking only street so it's chill and calm. When ordering a local told me everything is good here and the place was filled, which is always a good sign when trying a new place. Staff was friendly and prices were great. My friend and I tried a few baked goods - some cookies and a brownie and we loved it all. The brownies reminded me of ones my mom used to make with powdered sugar on top.
