When ordering a local told me everything is good here and the place was filled, which is always a good sign when trying a new place. Staff was friendly and prices were great. My friend and I tried a few baked goods - some cookies and a brownie and we loved it all. The brownies reminded me of ones my mom used to make with powdered sugar on top. I hate the cliche term everyone uses now, "hidden gem," but this place is a bit hidden and a pleasant surprise. It's got a nice, rustic, modern feel. It's super busy with a team behind the counter. Both times I ordered the maple and salt latte, with whole milk. The flavor was unique and different. Good stuff. The young lady behind the counter was super pleasant to talk to. I didn't catch her name, but then I never do. She mentioned she has spent time in LA and helped me figure out which whole-bean coffee to buy for espresso.
