The servers were nice and put together the sandwiches great! Didn't have to repeat myself or talk loud, they were attentive and worked as a team to get the sandwich done and paid for fast. They made it a friendly atmosphere. The sandwiches tasted great, and we had some cookies which were very tasty and fresh, cooked just right, not like in the photo on another review. The building has gotten a remodel, and it is very clean in the sitting area. I took a photo of the new service bar. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Disregard the low rating, I spoke with one of the workers and was informed that they are under new management and they are doing great. They are almost up to three stars on Google but need more reviews on Yelp. Leave a good review so that their score can go up! read more

The employee was wearing both headphones and couldn't hear a thing we were saying. It was really frustrating yelling and having to repeat ourselves just because someone doesn't have the decency to listen while you order. Listen to music on your own time. Make sure you triple check their business hours before you go! Thinking about lunch on a Friday at noon on a non-holiday day? Think again! Closed. No sign on their door about changed hours, just an open signed switched off and regular business hours scratched out. So frustrating! I haven't had a bad experience with this location's food or atmosphere, my 2 star is for their lack of communication and totally random business hours. What decent subway who is known for their lunch sandwiches opens at 3pm!? Continuing my yearly evaluation of the Subway in Eagle Mountain. No, the employees continue to be slow and continually look like they don't even want to be there. The grumpiest bunch of employees I've seen in a Subway. Granted, the patrons are constantly upset in one way or another. Whether it's putting too many olives on for their liking, or requesting VERY specific lines of dressing. Most depressing staff and pickiest of customers. I get that working at a Subway isn't the best job in the world. But at the same time, make your store more inviting. Does mobile ordering work? Nope, the app always displays this location as closed, even though they're open. Forcing you to wait the 20 minutes for your single sandwich. Forcing you to wait for the one parent that decided "Oh i can handle ordering 4 sandwiches" then completely forgetting everything as soon as they get to the counter. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would...it was THAT bad. As I walked in to order, the employee (before taking my order) literally whipped his hair up and down then said "what do you want?" I told him and he almost put the wrong meat one TWICE! I basically had to tell him which meat was turkey, and how to add the cheese. He was SUPER slow and didn't know his sandwiches. It was horrible. He also didn't know that they sell sliders...it's in posters all over their store. ‍ THENNNN, he didn't know how to ring my 2 sandwiches up and had to ask the manager who was on break. It was horrible. Got home, the bread was HARD, the ends of the cheese were HARD and the turkey tasted like crap. I threw it away. I can't even eat that crap. read more

We've been to this subway a few times as it's close to our house, but are usually dissatisfied. As a sandwich shop, they should have all of the stuff to make basic sandwiches. Just wanted to compliment this Subway in Eagle Mountain/ Pony Express location. The new cheesy garlic bread is amazing! Even better the very nice manager lady was very helpful of offering suggestions for toppings on my sandwich! It was delicious as I made a Tuna melt with your new cheesy garlic bread. Slowest fast food place ever! There were 10 people in line in front of us and it took almost 45 minutes before we finally got out of there. The employees move like sloths and many times one of the sandwich makers just stood there. There was a big dead bug on the floor that a lot of customers were grossed out by and the employees completely ignored it. At one point I became enthralled at how long it took them to put 3 slices of cheese into a sandwich; about 90 seconds! When we were paying for the sandwiches they asked my wife something and she said that she couldn't remember because she had been waiting for so long and they just said, "Yep. It's busy right now." No apologies, no awareness of customers and zero care is put into this store. Who owns it? If you're out there I would like to study your brain. My wife and I had a *terrible* experience at this location. They double charged us for our meal and then, when we pointed out their error, they said they were unable to refund us because their manager was not there. We asked when the manager would be in and they said, "probably in the next couple of days." We were completely in shock that the employees had no idea when their manager would be in and none of them could fix overcharging us (they said it took a manger's thumbprint to do a refund). Are we supposed to come in every day and hope we can encounter this absentee manager and try to beg for a refund for them overcharging us? I have seen a lot of bad processes and systems, but this Subway takes the cake for dysfunctional business processes. The place where they are always out of white bread (9am in the morning, lunch time, Friday nights, etc.) and the employees make you feel like you're bugging them by being there. The place where they are now opened at 8am (1 hour earlier) so that they disappoint for an extra hour out of the day. A place that my family will avoid if at all possible and if not, ensure we have 45 minutes to spare to order some sandwiches that should only take 5-10 minutes total. read more
