Incredible staff! I have a severe food allergy and they went over and above to make sure my sandwich was safe; far beyond my request to just avoid the one ingredient. They changed gloves, protected the surface, pulled veggies from storage to avoid contamination and handed it to me directly. The "subway car" aesthetic was great and it was clean. Visited Subway today and most staff were super friendly. Food was actually amazing! However, Manager Maria seemed put off when I took a photo of the menu, implying it was somehow not allowed in a public space. What caught my attention was her tone with staff seemed unnecessarily sharp and public, didn't feel right. Maybe a refresher on public space rules and workplace vibes could help? read more

The absolute worst. Ordered 1 meal, came missing chips and drink Ordered 1 extra footlong and it was missing half the meat: I got turkey instead of turkey, beef, and ham. Called restaurant and guess what? Phone number printed on receipt is answered by a machine and demands a PIN number to speak to anyone. Emailed customer support, no response. Ordered on the app, arrived 25 minutes later (5 after the estimated time) waited inside for 10 minutes before they started making the order. Overall about 45-55 minute process for two foot long sandwiches. Do not bother to use the app to order in advance. This is the second time we tried and it was the same both times. I understand that they are busy but the management needs to staff an appropriate number of people or help folks determine how to prioritize orders. We ventured in here about six on a weekday. There were four of us but this day we were paying separately. I ordered my ham sandwich, and when it was time for veggies they are out of lettuce and tomato. I have been going to Subway since 1985 and have never seen a Subway out of veggies. I should have walked out then....I paid and walked out, the lady who made my sandwich starts cleaning (with the rest of my family waiting). My son says can we order now, she says just a few minutes, and he was like fuck this place I am bouncing. So I got a sandwich without the veggies and the rest of the family is expected to hang out and watch this lady clean. Never again!! Went and ordered pizza. read more

Really disappointed. I've been waiting for 27 minutes for two salad bowls. Was going to go to the drive-in after 10 minutes she told me it would be quicker to go inside. They take the fast out of fast Food.Additionally it is 1:30 PM on a Saturday with four vehicles in the parking lot. I don't know if you would call this busy or not. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. We stopped for a quick lunch on our road trip during lunch hr and they had a girl getting to work as we were walking in and the other girl working just left the girl who just came in by herself to deal with a line of customers that went literally to the door. There were 4 ppl ahead of us and it took 30 min before we could order. They were out of a lot of things which made everything slow down. All though the girl behind the counter was friendly you could clearly tell she was over whelmed. Bad management is my guess on why they keep getting bad reviews. We will definitely never stop there ever again. read more

Definitely worst subway ever. Here's what they don't have: tuna, turkey, slider buns, spicy mustard and an attitude that would suggest they care in the slightest about any of the missing products or really anything else. They apparently have been trained to reply to every customer question with a shrug and a mumbled "I dunno". Think subway should pull the franchise license. Don't expect this to be like other subways. They put hardly any veggies or meat. In fact when u ask for green peppers they will give you one single green pepper and put it in the middle of your sandwich. When u ask for more, they just put two more on the other ends of ur sandwich. Don't even think about asking for a cup for water, it's illegal to this restaurant to give you a cup for water. This is probably the worst Subway I've been to. No hygiene is practiced. The tall girl does not change her gloves after having handled the cash register and pulling up her pants. They both weren't wearing any hairnets. They only have one bathroom available to the public which is dirty and without paper towels. The tables were dirty. She didn't give us a receipt. Only one door unlocked. All travelers always went to locked door first. I always rely on Subway to provide my family with a healthier option when traveling. They are always out of supplies. I don't go as much as I use to because I can't get what I want due to lack of supplies.

The restaurant is clean, so are the restrooms. The sandwiches were made as expected. I had not had any of the bad experiences that were mentioned in the previous reviews. The service was friendly and courteous. The only thing worth mentioning was one weird fact. The outside tables and chairs were chained together so closely that you had a hard time sitting on them. read more

I have been living outside of Deming and come to Subway in Deming for several years. So fare service is always friendly, excellent food and better service that most of the other fast food places in town. All employee's have been great. Great job Subway !!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We stopped in at this Subway on a roadtrip, and I have never heard employees speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. I ordered a salad and apparently asking for salt and pepper is a chore and should not be asked for because I was treated like I inconvenienced then and then got one little shake of salt and pepper. Then when my mother and her friend wanted to get a salad to split, that was really an inconvenience. They wanted the tuna salad on the side to split up and they were told, "We will have to charge you for a soup because we do not have containers or put items on the side, MAM." When my mother asked if the tune could be put into the cups the chicken was in, she was told, "We are a sandwich shop, we do not do sides and you don't want to get all worked up." She said she simply wanted to have the tuna on the side to split and there are the cups for chicken, so she thought there would be a way to not be charge for soup and not get soup. The very rude woman walked to the back where she thought she could not be heard and when I said it was a good thing I did not ask for pickles on the side with a laugh (trying to defuse the situation) , she said, "What a smart-ass." We promptly left our one made salad and half made salad. The other woman said, "Well have a NICE DAY MAM" with a very rude tone and my mother replied, "Do not call me a smart-ass!" Then we walked out, still hungry and pretty upset. I cannot believe the treatment my mother received for simply asking for a side of tuna... really?! The rude treatment, name calling, and attitude was entirely unnecessary. We will never be returning to this Subway on our trips through New Mexico. read more

I just had the most horrible experience at the Subway in Demng, NM #13637-0 which is on West Pine St. First thing I went in to get breakfast and there was not any unsweetened tea. They said they were out and would not get new shipment until tomorrow. Ok I could live with that. When I started getting my sandwich the server would not put extra amount of an item I wanted. She said that there was a formula they had to stick with. She said that it would be double double the item and I said yes double the item. I did not mind paying extra. She said she could not do that. I said to her " I dont get it". She said to me "thats because you are from Deming". I could not believe it. This person just called me stupid because I was from Deming. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am in the customer service industry. I have taught great customer service to my employees. This person should be fired on the spot. I will never shop at this Subway again. The persons name is Maria Sanchez. This person will never have good customer service. She has a bad attitude and will ruin the reputation of that establishment. .. read more
