I was with a fairly large party and we descended upon the place for a late-ish lunch (linner?). I ordered the lunch fajitas with steak, rice and beans. The server got our order correct and promptly disappeared thereafter. The food was tasty and seasoned just a bit too tame for me. I added a couple dashes of el Tapatío hot sauce to make things a bit spicier. Their portions were large for a lunch and the complimentary chips were excellent. Their salsa, unfortunately, wasn't great. It was akin to watery tomato sauce. Still, it paired nicely with the chips after a couple shakes of the Tapatío bottle. The others at the table had no complaints with their food and we had a nice, quiet dining experience. I guess we missed the lunch rush. The service, however, left a bit to be desired. While I did get my iced tea topped off, when it came to pay, our server was nowhere to be found. The two other employees spoke English as well as I spoke Spanish, so splitting the check between two credit cards was a bit dicey. Still, after five minutes or so, we got everything right.
