The waitress did discount our order due to our dissatisfaction with the food. This was good customer service. The dirty trays were never removed from our table. The trainee could've easily done this since she was hanging out at the bar talking for most of the time. This isn't necessarily her fault. This is a training and management issue. This place should be packed every day it's open. It was less than half full when we were there for dinner. This is probably due to the bad things we experienced. Management needs to step up. You're robbing yourselves, your employees, your owner and your community of something good.
