Food is okay... but the touch screen to order is way not cool. Maybe as an option but a requirement... don't like it.

Sandwiches are the best of all the Subways. The staff were amazing. The owner was so nice and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The language barrier is real here and the herbs and cheese bread is not being made correctly.

A great looking building. Then it sort of flops when you try the buffet. I went on a Saturday around 6pm. The fried catfish and barbecue chicken were drier than Gandhi's flip flops. The mac & cheese noodle was good but they use a bad cheese product. The tossed spaghetti and meat sauce wasn't great. The bread pudding was stuck to the pan like spackle. Looking forward to grabbing a shower and a beer upstairs later. I hope they figure out the buffet before the Gem of Tennessee comes in on June 24th. That's the rumor anyway. ...Oh almost forgot, they had a country music artist playing for diner. I thought that was cool. If more people hear about this, maybe the food might not be as dry? Anyway, Good luck Tennessean. We'll be out on tour so won't get to see Dolly. Edit: went back in today. The trucker showers are huge, just missing sink space and hooks to hang your bag. Towels were real nice. Tried round 2 at the buffet. Slightly better. The apple bread pudding was good today. Meatloaf was good again. They can't seem to put out good chicken. The BBQ glazed chicken was rock hard and almost dry. They had some chicken patties in gravy that also wasn't great. The people are nice here, but I don't think they've got the right people in the kitchen just yet.

I was hangry after driving back to TN from Augusta, GA. During my drive, I couldn't stop thinking…read moreabout fried chicken. I've heard people talking about eating Raising Cane's and how good their chicken tenders were. I've never tried them before and didn't realize that they only serve tenders. I like tenders, but I was craving fried chicken(bone in). It was late, around 8:45pm and I went to the drive through and ordered the first combo(bummed about no bone in). It had a catchy name for it, but I forget. Pulled up to the window and received courteous and fast service. They advertise as every order is freshly prepared. Since I received my order so quickly, I was anticipating something left on the warmer. Boy was I wrong! I opened the corner of my takeout box and felt around for a tender and that sucker was hot! What a nice surprise to see the meat steaming after a bite. It came with some bread and my hungry butt shoved that big tender into the bread and had the best sammie while I finished driving to my destination. I ate the rest of the fries and slaw and 2 more tenders after I got there and all that hot and delicious food was worth the stop. I would definitely recommend this place if you're a chicken tenders fan. I really wasn't a big fan until I had some of Raising Cane's. Good, hot, freshly prepared, and super fast.

Service was prompt and friendly. My order was accurate. The tenders and french fries were nice and hot. I really like enjoying the cane's sauce with the tenders. If the fries had been just a teeny bit more crispy and would've been even better. I like the fact that they have a double drive-through. This probably helps with those busy lunch breaks. This restaurant is a little newer, and the inside is always clean. For future reference, I'll need to remember to ask for ketchup, thankfully I had some in my truck. Also, I think I'll get a side of their slaw and extra cane's sauce. Overall very good!!

As I stood there studying the menu, I realized they really only serve about five things: chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. That's it. No 14-page Cheesecake Factory novel to sort through. No stress. No panic. No "what are you getting?" discussions. I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. If you have kids, love simplicity, or just want a restaurant where making a decision doesn't require a committee meeting, this place is definitely for you.
