PLEASE READ i am so beyond disgusted with this mcdonald's…read more they are IGNORANT!!! so i go into mcdonald's and go up to a self ordering screen and order a small caramel frappe, 6 piece chicken nugget, and i used a deal to get a free medium fry. i go closer to the door by the counter to wait for the food and this young lady probably 17 or 18 years old, yells to me and asks me if i had ordered the caramel frappe and i said yes. she told me she couldn't make it because of something with water and i said okay. she offered me an ice coffee or something similar like if i wanted to replace it and i said no id just like a refund. so she called her manager over and he asked me if i wanted a refund on my card or cash and i said card because that is what i originally paid for. he couldn't do it so i told him cash was okay. i get my money and wait for my food. i hear her talking to the people preparing my food, telling them im sooo rude and an idiot. calling me an idiot for wanting a refund is so beyond disgusting. i work in the food industry. i was not rude. i understand having difficulties but it is not hard to be kind. so the cashier comes up with the bag and looks right at me, there is NO one else in this mcdonald's!! she looks at me and SCREAMS my order number. i grab it and she told me to have a good day and i said you too. i leave and open the bag. my first complaint is that i was given 5/6 of my nuggets. i was not going to go back for one nugget even though i was 80% certain this was done on purpose. then i take the fries out of the bag. HALF FULL !! and HAIR IN THE FRIES!!!!!!! this made me 100% sure it was done on purpose. i grab my things and i head back inside. the girl i had to deal with at the counter was NO WHERE to be found. i have the fries out and the guy who gave me my refund previously came up and i told him im back to complain. i explained everything that had happened (listed above) and i told him that i also work in the food industry and that i did not think i was being rude and that i would like a refund for my chicken nuggets. he was patient with me and apologized and said that the staff has been a mess recently, but this was certainly not accidental and it was done out of spite for no reason!!! i got my full refund and left. i will never go back to this disgusting mcdonald's. furthermore, i have been wanting to leave a poor yelp review on this mcdonald's for months now about the slow service, terrible CUSTOMER service, and the disgusting environment but i haven't because i continued to come there after the fact. this was my last straw. i will never be back to this mcdonald's. the overall ratings aren't even good to begin with!!!

They offer breakfast until 12:45. My only con would be the cleanliness - could have been a tad better. The room we were seated in could use some updates. The smell of the diner was a little off putting- kind of grungy and smelled like maybe the fryer grease needs to be changed. The booth seats are all cloth so I feel like maybe it traps smells and there's no door on the kitchen / service area so I think it may be coming from there. We specifically stopped on a road trip because the reviews were the best for the area we were in. Easy access to the interstate.

I've heard a lot of people love them. The one in Meadville is a walk in only establishment, with seating outside, so unfortunately rating the ambience is limited. The service here has been meh at times. I've gone in a few times and didn't have to wait in line as the employees were still just kind of meh. I'm not saying you have to do a handstand or be annoyingly happy, but a smile and a "Hey how are you!?" Would be a little more welcoming than a rather mundane "hi" at times you feel like you're bothering them. All that aside, I would still recommend this place. The food is delicious
