UPDATE: Gave them a few more tries and now they are pretty decent; Ive gotten a few rewards cashed in here so I guess I have been frequenting this location for almost a year now. The owner got some new employees in there and they are really dope. I love the inclusion of black employees. Might not be the best job to have but they are still decent individuals, doing there job and making the paper. read more

7/27/19 I ordered a Steak and Cheese Wrap around 10:00. Let me tell you when the driver delivered it I was so happy. First they included napkins in the bag. That's rare on delivery orders so thank you very much. Next I opened my sandwich. I asked for a spinach wrap with onions lettuce tomatoes banana peppers mayo provolone cheese salt and pepper and sweet onion sauce with brown mustard. Guess what? That's exactly what I got. Why am I making a big deal? Because restaurants usually do not pay attention to detail but whomever is working there on this day is making their customers happy. The sandwich is better than any cheese steak variety I've had since I've been in Atlanta. I'm from Philly. Subway could stand to share whatever meat their using. It was delicious. Walked in and ordered a steak and cheese, and when I went to pay I tried to use a coupon from Subway that says "any footlong $5." They said this one doesn't count, which makes no sense at all. I have been there a few times and always had a good experience. I went there this past week and I got a turkey sub. What i like about this store is their strict regulations for Covid-19. All the staff members were wearing gloves and masks. Looks they have the whole counter wrapped with protective covering. The only thing I don't care for is their location. They are off the Main Street in college park, however getting into the restaurant is always a hassle. If you coming from the opposite direction then you probably wouldn't have it that bad. However, coming from the left it can be a minute before you turn. They have a good inspection report and they are following social distancing guidelines. read more

So it's your typical subway. It's usually always busy during lunch. The parking sucks because it's off the main road. So be careful. You can turn right on walker ave which is right before subway to park on the road. Amanda usually always works and she's a little country sweetheart. Always polite and friendly. This Subway has a truly excellent staff! They greet you warmly upon entering, smile and chat with you while making your sandwich and checking you out and give you a gracious goodbye when leaving. Everyone there is always friendly and nice, I don't know all their names but will give a shout out to Karlos who was charming as can be on my last visit. Other chain places could stand to learn something from this kind of excellent customer service. Good job y'all, please keep it up! read more

I came to this particular subway to get my son lunch for school The website says it opens at 7am I arrive at 7:45am the guy was just getting to the store to open‍. Please change it on google that your particular store doesn't open until 8am if you're not going to be on time opening. I asked him as he was going in the store, what time are you opening? He put up 5 fingers went in the store to the back it's now 8:05am and he still hasn't opened the subway ‍. So, I took a subway sabbatical. Had too many meatballs, too many honey oat...just too many. Then I needed to stop for some good in college park. Not only is this subway the best tasting food (bar none ) I have ever had, it also has the best staff ever. Uber friendly - smiling when I walk in. (Now that I go there at least once a week, even bigger smiles.) They take great care in making the flatizzas. Toasting it the right way (without the black pan underneath) makes all the difference. We even talked about other subways may not caring enough when they make these items - they take longer to make. I have tried flatizzas other subways and none compare. I am actually taking a break from one right now to write this. Check them out in college park. Totally worth it. read more
