He wouldn't let me explain anything so I interrupted him and said that I put it in 15 minutes before getting there and I'd been waiting on site 20 minutes. After berating me for another few minutes, he finally looked at my order on my phone and said he'd go get it made right now. When he came out 15 minutes later, he handed me my order and I specifically asked him if the sides were there and how many. He said the reason they couldn't find my order is that it was under the name of just Jeff. The last time I checked, Jeff was in the name I gave them twice. He was very smug while sipping on a drink and wished me a blessed day. I was stupid not to check the order. At home, I found out that instead of 16 piece tenders, I had 16 piece chicken. I ordered 2 dirty rice and 2 red beans and only had 2 rice and 1 red beans. I am appalled at how I was treated by this person. At the end of the day, he even got the order wrong. That means the restaurant had to have entered something on their end. I requested a review, and it was denied again. At that point, I had to dispute the full charge with my bank, which was approved. I'm not sure why I never received a follow-up, but this is completely unacceptable. I was only asking for a refund for the food I didn't receive. On top of that, one of the meals I did receive was missing a side, and the salmon was dry. Even if someone had called back and offered a replacement instead of a refund, I would have been okay with that. But no communication at all is poor customer service.
