We got the: - Fisherman Platter: Fried seafood goodness. The fry wasn't overly oily and the batter not overly thick. The seafood itself also tasted fresh enough. A bit pricey at $1i, but good enough to share. - Seafood Chowder: Chowder was really creamy, and good enough chunks of seafood. Again, a tad pricey at $7.50 bit pretty good for a cool fall day. - Banana Split Square: Whoa that was surprisingly good. Tasted like a banana cream pie, with cherries to make it like a split. Enjoyed that more than expected. - Chocolate Peanut Butter Ball: Smooth peanut butter filling that I could eat for days. If you're in the area and need a bite to eat, Chez Wes is worth a try.

I complained to the server and asked if I could get a bacon and tomato sandwich and I never seen the sandwich they just took care of everybody else and they have a drive-through there so beware the food is like awful.

The grilled steak sandwich was very good as was the latte. Unfortunately, despite it being a bakery, the chocolate croissant tasted like a day old one which was unfortunate. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a small parking lot next to the shop. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get (sandwich wise), but the lattes were a bit expensive considering the size (paid for large which is $4 but it seemed more like a medium). All in all though I would recommend it and would go back if I was ever in the area.

It didn't take long at all and Linda brought our food to us. It was delicious and very well priced with a good amount of food. The restaurant was very cute and quiet. The decorations were quaint and not overwhelming. Very nice place and nice set up. Definitely recommend!

Mostly local ingredients There was only one person serving/hosting but she was so friendly and a total dynamo so don't expect to have a quick meal here as the point is to relax, enjoy the moment and savor every bite. Presenration was simple but elegant and every dish was so incredibly satisfying in every sense. We have eaten in great restaurants in France and Québec; and Le Saint-Honoré ranks high up there without any pretense, just by doing what they love using the best ingrédients they can source & combining classic with new nuances! Will definitely come back next time we are in the Gaspésie!
