There hours say they clise at 10 pm they turn out the lights and act like they are closed you can only go thru the drive thru went behind 3 cars that no one would answer. Gave a mobile order asked for 3 sandwiches ,2 with mayonnaise with 1 double meat and the 3rd with mayonnaise, oil & vinegar, had a comment/ directions: cut each sandwich into 3 pieces, , when I got to my destination all they cut all 3 in half & dry ( no mayonnaise, no oil & vinegar no double meat, called and was told come back tomorrow and we will fix it right. Went a 2nd time and they did the exact same thing, I don't recommend Subway on Red Bud in Calhoun, I will not be returning ever. read more

Ordered the Reuben...you never get what looks like the pic but this is embarrassing for Subway...I basically got bread full of thousand island dressing and kraut...never again...a pic of the as and a pic of what I got...$8....thanks Subway for reminding me why I shouldn't eat there I posted pic of pathetic Rueben I got for $9.98 (pic is posted)....I contacted corporate and regional manager...I sent pic to regional manager who sent me gift card for 4 comped 6" sandwiches...I didn't go right away because I hate this Subway but we decided to venture in and see if things had changed any.....disappointingly still the same...no customer service skills...while girl was making sandwiches had to stay on top of her because she was putting wrong things on sandwiches...unbelievable...I was really hoping for this store but nope...I mean it's just sandwiches people...so I am never going back to this Subway ever again....don't know why but all Calhoun restaurants have major issues with their staff...why? So rude. I was picking up for my grandson's birthday (his choice). The server treated us as if we were an inconvenience and then reached across each of the sandwiches for the next items to add and actually smashed one of the sandwiches with her chest. We decided to go somewhere else. read more

Subway on 53, Calhoun Ga. Don't go thru drive thru, just ordered a Steak and Cheese, got home opened it up, No Cheese! No Mayo, No Salt, No Pepper. I shop here at least 3 times a week but usually during the evening time. Late morning today January 4th I stopped and never got a welcome to Subway, when placing the order was never asked if I wanted deluxe and I was never told it was an extra $2.00 if I wanted their special cheesy garlic bread with my roast beef sub until I got to the register and was charged $10.60 with a senior citizen discount. The night crew would have told me as I ordered. I didn't find the morning staff very friendly or informative. When asked if I was asked if was asked about the deluxe and said no, the other two women said they did ask basically calling me a liar. I will not go back during the day anymore. read more

Subway It's nice to know now how you treat your customers. Once this matter is resolved I will no longer visit your Calhoun location. This has been by far the WORST experience dealing with a restaurant. I placed my order 11/28. When i left and got to work i opened the sandwiches. 2 out of 3 was incorrect. So i called and explained and they said they had someone new, don't worry they will fix the issue, just keep my receipt they will take my name down and i can come in and have it replaced. Cool.. right? Pshhh WRONG. I arrive today (6:29) tell the employee at the speaker i have a replaced order. He asked my name i told him.. he asked me to hold on while he looked it up.. came back to the speaker told me to pull to the window so he can see the receipt. I hand him the receipt he goes im guessing to check..then comes back tells me he needs to call a manager because the person that worked that day don't remember me calling (weird) so he calls a manager (mind you 20ish mins have passed) comes back to the window says "no there's nothing they can do i would need to come in the morning/day shift and speak to a manager". Ummm i work THIRD shift so i sleep during the day.. great. So i let him know a little more on who i talked to and what happened that day and he's like "yeah i know who you're talking about he got fired" AND "the girl you're describing is not here" soooo i thought you said they don't remember speaking to me... if you know who I'm talking about then why is this a issue to fix my order? He said " he was going to fix it but the manager said if he did he would get in trouble" Ridiculous. I know it's not the employees fault but DAMN at the management. read more

The food was good however the drive thru got the orders wrong after we repeatedly said what we wanted. We then decided to go inside because they kept messing up in the drive thru. They were still slow after we went inside, I would not recommend this subway. read more

Made a stop here on a road trip North. There was about 6 staff members standing around while an obvious new hire struggled to make the subs. Several of the staff members swearing loudly, very unprofessional. Skimped on toppings and meat, veggies not ripe. Overall unpleasant experience. read more

The staff in this subway is absolutely the worse. Walked in and asked for a footlong meatball, the guy looked me straight in the face and said we dont have any in the most hateful tone he could say it in. So i changed and said ill habe a steak and cheese. I asked for shedded cheese and literally got 10 pieces of cheese. I asked for more he said it will be an extra 3 dollars then he doesnt even ask do i want it heated or toasted. He looks up at me after he put it in the toaster and its done counted down from 30 sec to 5 sec and asked " what else do u want" i tell me what i want on the sandwich and ask for little mayo and i swear he put half the bottle on the sandwich. I told him as he was ringing me up that i would be calling the manager the next morning and the next thing that came out of his mouth shocked me. It was "I dont care nothing will be done" I called asked to speak to the manager. Annette came to the phone and informed me that this was not the first time this has happen with hima and she would have a talk with him and she would call me back within the next hour. Well a week later and not one phone call back. Ive called the store and they ask for i am then hangs straight up. This location is the worst. I will NEVER step food back into subway on 53! read more

Disgusting, filthy and unappetizing. This is the only way I can describe this pigsty. Bring back the old manager - at least they had a 100A. This has dropped beyond good. I will not eat here again. If they bring the same staff to the new location, they still won't change. Pigs are pigs. Clean and sweep the floors twice a shift at least, clean the bathrooms 3 x a day at least and keep the food at the proper temps. Clean the tables every time someone eats at one. My wife bought two subways to go just before 5 p.m. today (Oct. 10, 2016). Upon arriving home we unwrapped them and to our dismay both sandwiches were absolutely soaked in dressing. The dressing oozed out and was all over the wrapper. We had to squeeze out dressing in order to eat this so-called food. If the drive back wasn't so far I would have personally returned the subs. I am a disabled vet and use a scooter for mobility, but it would have almost been worth the effort. I can see why Subway in Calhoun gets all poor reviews. read more
